She isn't fasting. He should stay at home if he can't accept it. However, eating on public transport is a vulgar habit and not permitted.

Who’s really in the right here? On one hand, the guy’s fasting for Ramadan, so that’s a tough situation to deal with. On the other, the woman’s just eating her lunch. Is it too much to ask for a little understanding on both sides?

He’s “just saying” but nobody fucking cares. Go to a Muslim country and fast there if you have issue with people doing as they please when they are allowed.

He's weak if he can't handle the smell of food while he's fasting. I've fasted for up to 10 days -While- preparing food for my family. Be thankful for the challenges existence presents you and stay strong to overcome them.

Technically you are not supposed to eat in the bus and dirty it. But the worst comes from the Muslim. People are not obliged to make ramadan and anyway, ramadan is a personal challenge to improve and show our faith. So be strong and don't complain.
