They have to claim in TDS and all these things...So, basically it's a let-down for the middle class once again. Middle class seems to be have been cheated by the FM once again. The infrastructure is not going for the rest of the country, it is going only towards Bihar because there are elections in Bihar this year...There is not a single word for Tamil Nadu or any other southern states..."

Respected Madam, ₹.15/- crores cash was recovered( or was it more then ₹.50-100/- crores) from #JusticeYashwantVarma residence by Delhi Fire Brigade and they also did videography of cash recovered from one of room of Justice Yashwant Varma Bungalow. Electronic media and Print media also reported extensively of this cash recovery. 3. There after Hon SC CJI Justice #SanjeevKhanna urgently convened emergency meeting of #Collegium which decided to transfer Justice Yashwant Varma to Allahabad High Court. This was officially objected by Allahabad HighCourt Bar Association through press statement. Without ₹.15/- crores or more crores cash recovery video shown to Hon SC CJI and Collegium Judges present in emergency meeting, the Collegium would would not have met so urgently and Collegium would not have ordered probe and transfer of Justice Yashwant Varma? Now why this coverup attempts and exercise by vested interests in Bar and Bench ? 4. The shameless news agency Press Trust of India release fake news and fake statement of Delhi Fire Department Chief Atul Garg saying no cash recovered and no videography done or available of such cash recovery. Harish Salve managed Bombay HC Judge Thipsay to grant stay on Mumbai Session Court conviction with 5 years jail term verdict for #SalmanKhan for killing people sleeping on Mumbai footpaths. Salve managed to obtain stay from Bombay HighCourt Judge Thipsay on conviction & 5 years jail term for SalmanKhan on the same day Mumbai Session Court had given verdict. Without placing Sessions Court verdict copy or any documents before Bombay HC Judge Thipsay but only based in oral arguments HarishSalve got stay on Jail term for SalmanKhan. Did Thipsay become Judge from Sports category quota and BTW Thipsay used to work as Junior in #HarishSalve firm before becoming Judge. ? 8. The biggest irony is just few days before his retirement some Judge Joshi in Bombay HC fully acquitted SalmanKhan from charges of killing people sleeping on Mumbai footpath. Salman Khan final verdict was given by Justice Joshi on 11/12/2015 and Judge retired on 19/12/2015. It is alleged in Mumbai that tons of VitM 7-8cr changed hands ? 9. Without ₹.15/- crores or more crores cash recovery video shown to Hon SC CJI and Collegium Judges present in emergency meeting, the Collegium would would not have met so urgently and Collegium would not have ordered probe and transfer of Justice Yashwant Varma? Now why this coverup attempts and exercise by vested interests in Bar and Bench ? 4. The shameless news agency Press Trust of India release fake news and fake statement of Delhi Fire Department Chief Atul Garg saying no cash recovered and no videography done or available of such cash recovery. Which was fake and false. 5. PTI falsely reported that Delhi ChiefFireOfficer AtulGarg denied that there was any cash seizure from the Judges residence. But next day Atul Garg denied ever having made such a statement! In the light of his denial PTI’s report was a fake. Hon President Madam, isn’t it correct to say that 80-90% MiLords had become MiLords through dubious means by buying their posts through cash and kind favours? Salve managed to obtain stay from Bombay HighCourt Judge Thipsay on conviction & 5 years jail term for SalmanKhan on the same day Mumbai Session Court had given verdict. Without placing Sessions Court verdict copy or any documents before Bombay HC Judge Thipsay but only based in oral arguments HarishSalve got stay on Jail term for SalmanKhan. Did Thipsay become Judge from Sports category quota and BTW Thipsay used to work as Junior in #HarishSalve firm before becoming Judge. ? 8. The biggest irony is just few days before his retirement some Judge Joshi in Bombay HC fully acquitted SalmanKhan from charges of killing people sleeping on Mumbai footpath. Salman Khan final verdict was given by Justice Joshi on 11/12/2015 and Judge retired on 19/12/2015. It is alleged in Mumbai that tons of VitM 7-8cr changed hands ? 9. When even a Supreme Court judge admits his head hangs in shame, that judicial independence is over, and that the state itself is complicit in enforced disappearances—where should families go? It is truly a moment for national level introspection when courts express the same sense of helplessness as victim families. There are courts across the country where cases of enforced disappearances are pending even today. Thousands of families from Balochistan, Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh are still awaiting justice. Hundreds of families await compliance with production orders issued by both the courts and the Commission of Inquiry on Enforced Disappearances. Often, it appears even issuance of such production orders is futile since their compliance is, more often than not, not ensured. This is the same system that then brands BYC activists as ‘terrorists’ for asking them to uphold the constitution they swore an oath to protect. This contradiction lays bare what we already know: enforced disappearances, fake encounters, extrajudicial killings—the state is behind them all. And the violence is so vast that even if an arm of the state (i.e. the judiciary or the Parliament) wanted to recover the disappeared, it would not know which dungeon holds whom, or which mutilated body lies in which grave. That is why Baloch mothers sit in Islamabad: not only for their sons, but for every face turned into a poster, every grave left without a name. The judiciary must play its part and ensure the most vulnerable are given protection of law, that their fundamental rights are protected not just on paper but in practice. Today, one independent minded judge apologised for failing families of the disappeared and stated that his head hangs in shame seeing the agony of Baloch women on the streets. Is the rest of the judiciary asleep? Or are the collaborators of this practice in the judiciary going to continue playing their part in attempting to erase the forcibly disappeared? If the judiciary is forced to hang its head in shame, history will not forgive this shame. It will indict its silence in the erasure of an entire people.
