Truly, Emir Ajagungbade came back to life briefly when I brought him to my mother’s house. My mum immediately asked me to take him to the hospital, but he later passed away — Immediate younger brother of the late Emir Ajagungbade revealed Emir had just built this house, and sadly, he never spent a single night in it before his death. He had already planned to move into the house within three months, but this tragic incident happened. Emir was an activist who hated seeing anyone cheated or treated unfairly. He never killed anyone, and I don’t understand why so many people are making allegations against my brother. Governor Adeleke never sent him to kill anyone, and he never collected money to do so either. I will truly miss my brother in so many ways, but it is well. Adam Lally was grilled by defense attorney Rosemary Scapicchio on why he didn't demand that Michael Proctor hand over outstanding discovery in a murder case. He had no answer. He said he followed up with Proctor several times but never got it. He said he would normally go to Proctor's boss Brian Tully and ask him for it, but he says he doesn't "recall" if he ever did that with Tully. Despite having several discovery hearing he never once notified the court that the police were stonewalling him on discovery requests. He is blaming the State Police, while also admitting that when the State Police violate the law he doesn't do anything about it. Judge Cannone did not allow this sort of hearing to take place prior to Karen Read's trial.
