If we declare a cup void because of a referees mistake ... What should happen to leagues and cups won by a team who actively cheat? For example, teams who fail to pay their taxes and get an unfair financial advantage as a result.

Is there really any legal means of challenging these pardons? I mean, I don't see any federal court that wants to get involved in what seems to be unknowable with the president's plenary pardon power. I think they are going to call it a political question and say we're not getting involved
