And Quickley is only 24. He was immensely valuable in the regular season and *started* playing better right before he got hurt in the playoffs. He deserves to get re-signed; he's part of the culture the knicks are building.

3rd year player, 2nd time in playoffs and first real extended play in the postseason and I've seen people killing him over it. He's fine, stop looking to trade or lowball him. $16-$20mil/year on an ext is almost standard at this point for a player like him. Dont overthink it

Problem with many Knick Players is bad coaching. Thibbs has gotten us to a certain level but we're never getting further. No offensive game plan, or if there it sucks, never any intelligent in-game adjustments or substitutions. Brunson ballin' covered up Thibbs lack of coachin

You can’t blame him for lack there of in the playoffs when the coach doesn’t play him or Obi who both were super productive when they did get the minutes. Thibs needs to take accountability for that!

16-18 mil seem right. There’s just stretches where he forgets he has teammates and takes ridiculous shots which kill the flow of the offense. I’d move him for the assets, then trade for Bogdanovic.

I think Quick was hurt by not getting 6 man of year ! And checked out after he got hurt because he was thinking about getting a extension. I love what Quickley brings he locks up and can score

Does Rory McIlroy think The Players Championship should be a major? “Look, I'd love to have seven majors instead of five, that sounds great. “I think THE PLAYERS is one of the best golf tournaments in the world. I don't think anyone disputes that or argues that. I think from a player perspective it's amazing. I think from an on-site fan experience it's amazing. It's an amazing golf course, location, venue. “But I don't -- like again, I'm a traditionalist, I'm a historian of the game. We have four major championships. Inspired talking about Skewmond and" the best jungler in the west" debate Q: Everyone was talking a lot of Skewmond, and I would like to know about: do you believe like the series put an end to any debate about the best jungler in the West? Inspired: To me, there was never a debate. I knew that I’m always the best, but I think Skewmond is a good player. I wouldn’t say that he had any phenomenal series, though, this tournament. I think he, against T1, he still made a lot of mistakes. When he was stronger, he didn’t really try to fight enemies, and or sometimes just over committed a bit, and I think G2 won against T1 just by waiting for T1 to make mistakes. I think today, I think Skewmond played well in the team fights. I think every time he was on my screen and we’re like skirmishing and team fighting, I think he did a good job. But I think just like team wise, and like how they all played together as a team and use their jungler was wrong. And it’s hard to say, as I always said, that don’t really know who’s there like which jungler is good because you don’t really know what was his idea beyond the game plan, what his teammates wanted to do. But it just seems like they were not connected well enough, and on top of that, as I said, I think the drafts were not that great. Merely because Jim Dolan is admittedly a good friend of Donald Trump's. And to now put that on the players, your boss, the owner of the team you play for is extending this offer, accepting this offer. I don't - I know you might get people that refuse to go. I just think it's not fair to take any of the flowers and beauty of this moment and its unity and try to then place it on the players' back. ALYSSA FARAH GRIFFIN: I totally agree. I think it puts the players in such an uncomfortable position, cause it was honestly the first thing I thought of once they won the championship, as a new Knicks fan, is like, "Oh no, they're going to get invited to the White House and there's this political discourse. Should they go, shout they not?" I think they should go if they want to. If they're comfortable going, because the White House is bigger than any one president and precedency. HAINES: It's our house. And then they can really say, like, 'Where am I gonna go? Do I wanna go to the Lakers? I wanna go to the Warriors. I wanna play for the Knicks.' Because the draft is not ideal from a player's standpoint not to be able to pick his destination...It's an interesting concept, but it comes with huge risk. Because what if you can't go back to college and you went undrafted? That's just me spitballing, but it's basically just a concept to think about: You break the draft system that way. Because a lot of guys, they don't get good until they're sophomores, juniors, seniors. Yaxel Lendeborg: Who what was he as a freshman? He was playing JUCO. I'm sure he would love to, right now, have his draft rights, be an unrestricted free agent, and he would get paid way above the rookie scale as an unrestricted free agent. I think that's something to think about, but the rules don't permit it currently. So it comes with a huge amount of risk."

I only saw one angle, and in my opinion I didn't agree with the ruling. I know there's another angle that -- side on, it's always hard to tell if it improves anything. “All I know is I've known Bryson for a very long time, and he's an interesting human at times, but I know he would never cheat the game of golf. It's not that the R&A said that he did it intentionally, but that rule as a professional golfer feels like it's written inherently to protect against people trying to improve their lie. So I just hope that people don't have that -- that doesn't create a narrative because I don't believe that of him. “But again, I'm not going to sit here -- it's really hard to tell anything. So yeah, that one is not up for me to judge. But it's a shame how that ruling feels because it seems like -- we were talking about it this morning. It's like you would try to call somebody out in junior golf because you could tell they were stomping around the ball. It didn't look like that to me. But that's not up to me.
