Dude is touching his lips and slightly licked them because he took pleasure in that killing as he was reimagining it in his mind. Sick, evil and twisted. He was shrewd enough to realize how bad it would have made him look if he told how he really felt about his heinous act so he decided ti keep quiet about it.

Bundy’s final interview wasn’t a confession it was one last performance. Even in the face of death, he tried to control the narrative.

A con. You see how he's not making eye contact. He has no sorrow for the deaths but delight and contempt for how stupid this guy is that's interviewing him. That last face was Ted gauging if the guy bought his con or not. 🤨
