On March 6, DGAP will host another anti-Azerbaijani propaganda event. It is not their 1st event demonizing Azerbaijani people. Last Sep. I attended one of them & was appalled by the extent of anti-Azerbaijani hatred. When I protested, they even tried to silence me.

@dgapev Wonder what guests and some in the audience found funny as they are smiling when there mentioned destruction of Azerbaijani lands and ethnic cleansing of more than 760K people ? I guess it portraits how these people saw and didn't care 30 years of occupation.

@dgapev You are right, Könül xanım. They never cared. Now that we restored our sovereignty, they seem to be quite upset. Hence we see such propaganda events, demonizing Azerbaijan.

The useful and relevant guide ⬇️ developed by Lemkin Institute for identifying Azerbaijan propagandas - There was no blockade in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) - Armenians of Artsakh left voluntarily - Aliyev has no ill intent towards Armenians and will treat them like own citizens (with 0 political rights!) - It was a counter-terrorism operation (sounds like Putin!) And the list of propaganda narratives goes on ….

@dgapev The Guardian article on the worst cultural genocide of the 21st century committed by Azerbaijan. Link ⬇️ Of course, anyone criticising Azerbaijan is either under the influence of Armenian lobbies or has Armenian ancestry

@dgapev You need to be in a human rights court for ethnic cleansing. What are you doing parading your expensive suits?

@dgapev More whining. The aggressor cloaked in victimhood.

@dgapev Nobody wants to hear your lies. You don't represent Azerbaijani people, you represent Azerbaijani dictator, who is using hatred towards Armenians to stay in power. Look at Putin, he is destroying Russia. Do not let Aliyev to do the same with Azerbaijan.

#NdiIgbo I want everyone one of you to see what is happening in #NagornoKarabakh, Internationally recognized as part of Azerbaijan. It had been home to an ethnic Armenian population for centuries. As the Soviet Union collapsed in the late 1980s Just as Igbos are claiming home to Lagos and Northerner part of Nigeria Into the early 1990s, Nagorno-Karabakh's Armenians tried to break away from Azerbaijan, declaring independence , they built cites inside another man’s country , like most Igbos are doing in Nigeria since and after the Nigerian civil war . Today , Azerbaijani told the Armenians that by January 2024 , #NagornoKarabakh region will cease to exist and will no more be a home for #Armenias because they are not wanted in Azerbaijani. Over couple of days ago , more 100, 000 Armenians have left #NagornoKarabakh, #Azerbaijani and ran to Armenia, leaving the whole cities they built in Azerbaijani, because they remembered their genocide in the hands of the Turks and they don’t want a repetition of what happened to them to occur again. They have abandoned everything they built in #Azerbaijan , their wealth and properties and return to the Armenia an indigenous home for the Armenias . These Armenias are not talking about their container business , their shops ,their one story building they built or their face me I face you compound they built . Therefore , Igbos must learn from these people and reflect what is happening now and what happened to the Igbos in 1967-1970, it was not a fiction or fairy tale , it was a genocide . Ethnic profiling is very dangerous any where in the world and in most cases it’s leads to genocide against a target group of people if care is not taken , it happened to the Jews in Europe , the Armenia’s , the Rwandese even to the Biafrans , the only difference among these people and Biafrans is that , others have learnt their lessons while many Igbo Biafran have failed to learn anything . “Aghara ndu kpa aku, onye iro eri ya” #NagornoKarabakh #armenia #Biafra #FreeBiafraNow #FreeMaziNnamdiKanu Directorate Of State (DOS) Chika Edoziem Austin Agbanyim Isaiah Uba Official Emeka Gift Official Peter Obi Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala Going Underground

Iran’s new president, Masoud Pezeshkian, meets Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev in Shusha—Azerbaijan’s cultural capital, recaptured from Armenia in 2020. They speak in Azerbaijani. Pezeshkian’s father was Azerbaijani, his mother Kurdish. He was born in Mahabad, capital of a short-lived Kurdish republic founded by Stalin in 1946—part of Moscow’s campaign to occupy northern Iran and fracture it along ethnic lines. Stalin also backed an “Azerbaijan People’s Republic” in northern Iran. At the time, Ilham Aliyev’s father, Heydar Aliyev, was a young KGB officer. Whether he had a role in Soviet policy is unclear, but he certainly was deeply familiar with Moscow's strategy of using the Azerbaijani ethnic card to put Iran on the defensive. For years, the Islamic Republic has threatened its northern neighbor. Now the tables are turned. Pezeshkian arrives in a city Iran tried to keep under Armenian control. He gives a speech in Baku declaring a “glorious victory over Israel”—a fantasy that makes Azerbaijanis giggle. Staunch allies of Israel, they know who really won the war. Aliyev listened politely to Pezeshkian's blather. Then hosts him in Shusha. But this is more than a diplomatic courtesy. Tehran fears the rise of its own minorities. Iranian Azerbaijanis—nearly a third of the population—watched Baku win a war against Armenia while their own government backed the losing side. One of Pezeshkian’s jobs is to soothe them. By speaking Azerbaijani in liberated Shusha, he’s trying to signal that Tehran isn’t hostile to their aspirations. It’s theater. But the setting gives it away. Pezeshkian is playing the supplicant. Aliyev is staging the scene. The real message is clear: Iran doesn’t call the shots.
