On May 2nd, 2014, Russians and paid pro-Russian thugs attacked city residents during a march for unity. This ended in 48 deaths amid the burning Trade Unions building. Russia then allocated enormous resources toward convincing the world these pro-Russians were "peaceful demonstrators" attacked by "Ukrainian nationalists" or "nazis". One of those "peaceful demonstrators" can be seen here, shortly before his death on that day, a Russian citizen, Gennadiy Kushnarev from Chelyabinsk, explaining how he will "shoot down" Ukrainians "like dogs".

"Authorities" opened a monument called "Mariupol - a city of military glory" in Russian-occupied Mariupol and pronounced their speeches with windowless buildings in the background. The writing on the monument says that it was "liberated from Nazis" in May 2022. Mariupol was under Russian siege for months at the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Thousands of people were killed, thousands more fled the city. And now, Russia tries to present its abhorrent war crime as "liberation from Nazis." Sickening.

A column of ukrainian artillery from the 59th brigade waiting on a road near Oleshky in Kherson oblast is looking at a column of russian BMPs. The ukrainians directly understand they are russians but the russians don't fire, probably because they thought it was russian troops. The craziest part is the presence of ukrainian BRDM-2 with the yellow marking on the right of the road behind ! This happened many times during the first day of war. We often see coluùns of ukrainians on the side of a road warching russian taking over an area...

It is intriguing to see that Russia is still operating this border post, despite claiming the Ukrainian part being Russian, but the truth is that Russians have no trust in Ukrainians, neither in those in the occupied parts nor in Kyiv. Every time Russians start spreading stories about how "Ukraine was killing people in Donbas" - show this video of a Russian "hero" to pro-Russian trolls. This is Arsen Pavlov, a citizen of Russia, who fought in Donbas against Ukraine in 2014. He chaotically shoots in a peaceful city, without hiding from the camera, endangering civilian local residents. When asked if there's anyone in the direction he's shooting, he honestly replies - "I don't care." This video perfectly characterizes those events. Russian citizens (whom Russian propaganda calls "local residents") are shooting at civilian buildings - and then Russian propaganda claims it was Ukraine doing the shooting. Not to mention the tortures and murders of local residents who openly supported Ukraine. Odessa Opera was built by the Russian Empire in 1887. The entire cast on stage and the audience all speak Russian. Meanwhile, she speaks ukrainian with mistakes. This is something the West will never tell you - nobody in Ukraine knows Ukrainian. Even Zelensky speaks Ukrainian with mistakes.
