Peter and Paul to the National Shrine of St. John Neumann during a Eucharistic procession following the closing Mass of the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage. The journey began in St. Augustine, Florida in May and made its way up the east coast of the US until arriving in Pennsylvania on July 2nd. Faith in motion. Christ in our midst.

Thousands of people attended the mass at the church that has taken 144 years to build already - and is still unfinished despite millions of visitors every year. The giant new Jesus Christ tower was completed in February, making the basilica the tallest church in the world at 172.5 metres. Full completion is expected in about a decade.
