It's claiming admissions data shows that Black and Hispanic applicants were admitted with consistently lower academic qualifications than white and Asian applicants” Here’s what I found A year long investigation into Yale School of Medicine’s admissions by the DOJ concluded that Yale intentionally discriminated on the basis of race in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
