@FranckMagennis But notice his implied criticism, "caught by the very broad definition of the Terrorism Act". So if the definition was tighter murder, & rape would be resistance not terrorism, Franck? Not so broad that the Muslim Southport child murderer cd be charged with terrorism, Franck?

@FranckMagennis This is the definition of terrorism I’m not sure how killing people’s attending a music festival would ever fall outside of a definition of terrorism.

@FranckMagennis If it kills, rapes, tortures and abducts like a terrorist, it's a terrorist.

@FranckMagennis Mealy mouthed toad I hope he and @gardencourtlaw Chambers never get to work again

@FranckMagennis This man is a fool

@FranckMagennis Revolting bastard.

@FranckMagennis The Enemy Within.

@FranckMagennis Natasha Hausdorff would rip this person's arguments into shreds. Let's hope we get to see that.

@FranckMagennis Just post this whenever his name appears.

Even if the definition were narrowed Hamas would still meet the criteria for a terrorist organisation because they are literally murderous savages who terrorise people and whose goal is to genocide Isael. This activist masquerading as an independant non involved legal expert is deeply unpleasant and also dishonest.
