I will give you honest opinion after extensively using Copilot and DevGPT Cline. Front end engineering is dead. Opus 4.5 on copilot literally is amazing to fix this. Regarding backend and system design the tools are able to code but debugging is still where devs are needed.

You have not considered the speed AI is progressing. A business analyst, three developer/architects would be more than enough for a current 20 people team. And clients want to do such work in-house only then. And please, use latest paid models.
