On @swiggy’s TERRIBLE Customer Service

@Swiggy Similar thing happened with me today with @zomato One of the items was missing & I could do nothing. They took the money, misplaced the order & have no customer care to call to.

@Swiggy hua hay bhai mera sat bhi. ordered at 11 night got the order 3 am morning the guy was meko wrong address mila tha fucker was roaming in Andheri for more then 3 hours

@Swiggy After their IPO their’s main target is to make investors happy and increase profits. Absolutely pathetic customer service post IPO by @Swiggy Their’s no way to contact their customer the bot always provides generic answers and never help

@Swiggy Same goes for @mymagicpin @CareMagicpin It has been more than 24 of raising the complaint but no refund it now. @anshoo This CEO is running app which is looting their customers in a broad daylight.. Boycott these apps ASAP

@Swiggy This is not a lone case. Many companies have switched from call based system to inefficient chat based resolution, where you get stuck in a endless loop of redundant AI/ML responses. I had similar encounter with @flipkartsupport @amazonIN @airtelindia

@Swiggy Bc same mere sath bhi hua tha last month but 2 hours mai agaya tha order 😭😭😭

@Swiggy Zomato ka bhi customer care number nhi hai and the hotel or delivery guy doesn't have options to cancel the order.

@Swiggy Sabk sab chor hain... Delivery charge lete hain... Fir Handling charge kis baat ki le rahe hain. Oh Swiggy uranium deliver karta hoga...
