This is the second convoy of U.S. forces evacuating the base in Syria's northeastern Hasakah governorate, to be redeployed in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. Needless to say: these forces have been recruited from units of the Turkish led SNA - this is something that the Turkish government pressured Jolani to do.
