Most of us went on the one special that left. The difference in the way we dressed (samba / straights / flicked hair) compared to them was mega. They still had shoulder length hair, beards, crombies & flares. One kick off was labelled “the attack of the Billy Connolly’s”

Went to that game and what a goal it was, sat in the stands with Aberdeen fans giving us shots of scotch to warm us up as it was baltic. The special broke down on the way back and had to get a taxi from Lime St straight to work 😂.
