Call me retarded if I'm wrong, but isn't fuel contracted before planting season? It's a huge part of the picture so I can't help but think you lock the price in to establish the break even point of the crop. I'm just a dumb manager in manufacturing though.

Don't get me wrong, every little bit helps, but this only helps for the fuel used by their semi trucks. Their offload vehicles - tractors & combines, already are using red dyed offload diesel that is not taxed.

Half assed. Suspend ALL state tax on ALL fuels. KISS - KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID and make a legit difference.
