Ah, the Democratic Daily Download—another scripted outrage while the real issues keep burning. Yes, Medicaid cuts are serious, and Republicans should be held accountable. But let’s be honest: the only reason they even have the political ground to stand on is because Democrats, when they had the chance, spent their time prioritizing fringe social battles over basic, bread-and-butter concerns. While the economy strained under inflation, crime surged in cities, and the border fell into chaos, the party was more focused on pushing divisive gender policies, turning classrooms into ideological battlegrounds, and alienating the very working-class voters it used to represent. You don’t stop Republican overreach by posting rooftop selfies or talking points. You stop it by actually listening to Americans—fixing the border, growing jobs, lowering costs, and returning to common sense. Until then, spare us the lectures.
