VIDEO | Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Bhargavi, wife of Chief Engineer Patnala Suresh, who died after a vessel attack off the Oman coast, says, “Last night, they called and texted me, saying, ‘Sorry for the inconvenience. A drone attack happened on the ship in which your husband was working, and three Indian crew members are missing.’ The first name they mentioned was my husband’s, followed by the names of the other two crew members. After that, I kept following up. I asked for the superintendent’s contact details, and they gave me a Dubai office number. When I contacted them, they said a rescue operation was underway. They told me that 21 crew members had been rescued and that three were missing. After a lot of searching online, I found reports saying that the bodies of the other two crew members had already been recovered and identified. All the remaining 21 crew members had been rescued. Only the chief engineer, my husband, was still missing. Since it was night, I thought the rescue operation might not be possible at that time. From this morning onwards, we continued following up. They also responded, though they have certain rules and regulations, so they attended my calls only after one or two attempts. Around 1 pm, they confirmed that they had found his body. They could not officially confirm it before recovering the body. Until then, they continued the rescue operation and did not stop searching. From my side, I kept putting pressure on them, and from their side, they also did their work. Now, I have requested them to kindly do whatever is necessary next, contact the embassy and complete all the required formalities as early as possible. The incident happened yesterday morning, and more than 24 hours have already passed. Please do not delay further and complete the process as soon as possible.”

NEW: I have "color-enhanced" all of the new footage from the exterior Canton Police Department Sallyport video between 5:36:06PM - 5:43:55PM on 1/29/22 (the day of John O'Keefe's death). Multiple pieces of footage are missing at crucial moments (as are multiple pieces of footage from the interior Sallyport camera at the same time). Timeline: 5:35:06PM - Exterior footage begins. 5:35:12PM - 5:35:22PM - Footage missing from exterior Sallyport camera. 5:35:44PM - 5:36:03PM - Footage missing from exterior Sallyport camera. 5:36:03PM - 5:35:16PM - Karen Read's Lexus headlights shine against the outside of the Sallyport wall for the first time. 5:36:16PM - 5:36:26PM - Footage missing from exterior Sallyport camera. 5:36:26PM - 5:36:43PM - Karen's Lexus is pulled into Canton PD Sallyport. 5:36:43PM - 5:37:40PM - Man exits Karen's Lexus from driver door, second man (Michael Proctor) approaches man. Man takes picture of the front license plate on Karen's Lexus. Proctor walks to back right of Karen's car (near Karen's rear passenger taillight). Man opens and closes Karen's door. Man walks away from Karen's taillight. 5:37:40PM -5:39:37PM - Footage missing from interior Sallyport camera. 5:37:40PM - 5:38:02PM (missing from interior Sallyport camera) - Man walks back towards Karen's Lexus, takes picture of back license plate, talks to Proctor (standing near Karen's rear passenger taillight), and walks away. 5:38:07PM - 5:38:11PM (missing from interior Sallyport camera) - Michael Proctor walks away from Karen Read's taillight and out of the Sallyport. 5:38:34PM - 5:38:41PM (missing from interior Sallyport camera) - Unknown Man 1 walks around near Karen Read's rear passenger taillight (the man appears on camera walking from inside the Canton PD sallyport area near Karen's taillight), and then walks back off camera (while remaining inside the Sallyport and standing directly next to Karen's rear passenger taillight). 5:38:47PM - Canton PD Chief Ken Berkowitz enters Sallyport (per Card Access Logs, source - 5:38:59PM - 5:39:03PM (missing from interior Sallyport camera) - Unknown Man 2 enters Canton PD from Sallyport (on exterior Sallyport camera), approaches Unknown Man 1, turns his heads towards the internal Canton PD Sallyport camera (footage from the internal camera is missing from this moment), and gestures while speaking to Unknown Man 1. 5:39:03PM - 5:39:37PM - Footage missing from exterior (and interior) Sallyport camera. This is the only 30 seconds of footage that is missing from both cameras, and this footage occurs as the very moment the two unknown men were standing near Karen Read's rear passenger taillight). 5:37:40PM -5:39:37PM - Footage missing from interior Sallyport camera. 5:39:37PM - Footage resumes of internal and external Sallyport cameras with five people inside the Sallyport sweeping the floor of snow and talking. 5:45PM ET - The first pieces of Karen Read's taillight are found --by Brian Tully, John Fanning, Yuri Bukhenik and Michael Proctor's State Police team-- at 34 Fairview Road, just 1.4 miles away from the Canton Police Department Sallyport). Over the next three days, even more pieces of Karen Read's broken taillight are "found under melting snow" near the scene at Fairview Road by none other than Chief Berkowitz himself. Previously, on Sunday, I reported: I was able to confirm --live on stream-- that there are 118 seconds of footage missing from the internal Canton PD Sallyport footage at the very moment (5:37-5:39PM ET on 1/29/22) that Michael Proctor and a Mystery man were near Karen Read's rear passenger taillight. The missing from the internal Sallyport camera covers roughly 5:37:40PM -5:39:37PM (1 minute and 58 seconds of footage missing). 30 seconds of footage is also missing from the external Canton PD driveway camera aimed at the Sallyport (this overlaps with 30 seconds of footage missing from the internal Sallyport camera). The missing footage from the external Sallyport camera covers roughly 5:39:03PM - 5:39:37PM (34 seconds missing). Just minutes later, around 5:45PM ET, according to state police reports, the first pieces of Karen's taillight were found on the lawn of 34 Fairview Road by Brian Tully's state police unit (where John O'Keefe's body was found earlier that morning). Of note: at least one person who was at Fairview Road around the time of John's death, an undercover ATF agent named Brian Higgins, was also at the Canton Police Department during the afternoon of 1/29/22 talking to then-chief Ken Berkowitz (Higgins close friend). Berkowitz, for his part, swiped his access card to enter the Canton PD Sallyport at exactly 5:38:47PM ET (in the middle of the missing 118 seconds of footage from the internal Sallyport camera and, shockingly, just 14 seconds before the 30 second gam in the external driveway camera cuts out at 5:39:03PM. My questions: Who --working for the DA-- edited these videos to video crucial details of that 118 seconds while Michael Proctor and at least one Mystery Man were in the direct vicinity of Karen Read's rear passenger Lexus taillight? Did someone --with the help of Brian Tully's State Police unit and the Norfolk DA-- use that window of time to take pieces of Karen's taillight and plant them at Fairview Road in the minutes after 5:39PM on 1/29/22? Why was Ken Berkowitz the person who found even more pieces of Karen's taillight "as the snow melted" in the days after 1/29/22? Why did a Trooper who worked for Brian Tully as Tully's First Officer (a man named John Fanning) previously run a data-related company with Norfolk DA video-editor Coleen Crawford? What did Kelly Devers actually see on the Canton PD cameras that day/evening of 1/29/22? And, perhaps most importantly, who killed John O'Keefe, why did they do so, and how did they have enough pull to call in this kind of coverup? John's family, and every other person tormented by this state police unit (enabled by the Norfolk DA, Michael Morrisey), deserve answers. Be they Karen Read, Sandra Birchmore's family, Tiffany Overstreet, Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney or otherwise, justice is coming. Truth may not a panacea, but it is an asymptote. May we, forever, strive to reach that untouchable x-axis with all of our collective might and prayers. That's what I'll be praying for on this Sunday, and may God bless you all. I meant what I said, as well: Adam Deitch for District Attorney can meet the moment and fix this chaos (in a way that does not destroy the Republic). I believe that with my whole heart. Do consider a vote for Mr. Deitch in the September, 2026, Norfolk District Attorney Primary (if you live in the county). Voters may participate in the primary if they are un-enrolled, or Democrats, 10 days before the primary vote takes place.

I joined Anderson Cooper on CNN to talk about the President's executive order on childhood vaccines. Here's the tldr: As a physician and public health professional, I want vaccine guidance built on the best evidence, and constantly questioned, updated, and improved. What we saw today does none of that, for three reasons. Todays EO was politics, not public health. It elevated ideology over immunology and epidemiology. No new science was presented. No clinical rationale for splitting the MMR shot was provided. What it will do is confuse parents trying to make good decisions for their kids. A presidential mandate, especially this one, just won't make anyone healthier. The order also fails operationally. Vaccine recommendations come from ACIP and the CDC, not an executive order. Standalone measles, mumps, and rubella shots don't exist in the US and wouldnt be available for years, even if they started the process to make them today. And it's states, not the White House, that set school requirements. And lastly, the EO fails legally. This is a rerun of an approach a federal judge already blocked this year, ruling that HHS's changes to the vaccine schedule were likely unlawful. I don't expect a different outcome this time. Here's what the administration is missing, just months out from the midterms—this isn't the fight most Americans want! What people actually want is addressing healthcare adfordability. This administration has done nothing meaningful to address that bigger concern. In fact, today’s order does the opposite: more visits, more copays, for the exact same protection. Give your agents access to money We just shipped a drop-in payment modal for any x402 paid endpoint. The protocol is simple but the wallet UX is not. This package is the missing front end to give everyone fair and equal access to agentic payments. Pay in stablecoins (USDC) or $THREE on Solana. x402 lets any HTTP endpoint charge a micropayment per call: the server answers an unpaid request with 402 and a list of accepted payments; the client pays and retries with an X-PAYMENT header. We shipped a single, framework-agnostic modal that handles wallet detection, chain switching, signing, settlement, errors, throttle retries, and the receipt, so you ship a paid endpoint in minutes. Drop in a tag or import it. The Solana crypto helpers are loaded lazily from a CDN only when a payment is actually attempted. The modal picks the right path from the 402 challenge. If a wallet already paid for a resource, it can sign back in instead of paying again. Spending caps. Optional per-call / hourly / daily caps enforced in the browser. Themeable. Light + automatic dark mode, all classes overridable. Accessible. Focus management, aria-modal, keyboard Esc to close. If you watched until the end and also read to the end, then you probably saw the pole club x402 demo. Yes, it is real. I am sure someone will link it under this post. We did something special for the entry to actually get into the club, you'll notice "banned?" in the entry x402 payment modal before entering the club. That's agent reputation. If your agent is acting up, it might just get banned from the pole club! Agent reputations matter. We made it easy to verify your environments are safe from toxic AI agents. Everything open source and ready to be added to your projects. Agentic Payments. x402. Agent reputation. This is three․ws.

One Dead, 4 Critically Injured After Midnight Boat Crash in Chicago’s Monroe Harbor (Chicago) A 26-year-old woman was killed and four others critically injured when two recreational boats carrying a total of 14 people collided late Thursday night on Lake Michigan near Monroe Harbor, authorities said. Johanna H. Gregory was pronounced dead at 12:22 a.m. Friday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office (Case ME2026-03336). The crash occurred around 11:40 p.m. Thursday near Queens Landing. A total of 14 people were on the two vessels — five on one boat and nine on the other. Five people from the more severely damaged boat were transported to hospitals. Four were in critical condition, and one was listed in fair condition. The remaining nine passengers refused medical treatment at the scene. The collision prompted a large-scale emergency response, including the Chicago Fire Department, Chicago Police Department Marine Unit, and U.S. Coast Guard. An EMS Plan 1 was declared to handle the multiple victims. Visuals from the scene showed the primary vessel with a heavily crushed stern and a missing windshield. The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is leading the investigation into the cause of the crash. Chicago Boat Accident – EMS Plan 1 Location: Monroe Harbor at Queens Landing Time: Approx. 11:40 PM, June 25, 2026 5 victims, 4 red, 1 yellow – 12:24:14 AM Responders: Chicago Fire Department (CFD), Chicago Police Department (CPD), Coast Guard On June 25, 2026, a boat accident occurred near Monroe Harbor involving two vessels, with a CPD boat (M7) on the scene east of Queens Landing around 11:40 PM. At least one person in cardiac arrest, with CPR in progress Multiple people were injured, and an EMS Plan 1 was initiated this is used when there are multiple victims and extra medical resources are needed. Five victims were transported to hospitals, with specific ambulances assigned to each patient. Triage: 4 red (critical), 1 yellow (serious, delayed) At triage, patients were sorted by severity using color-coded categories: Red – Immediate: Critical, life‑threatening injuries. Treated and transported first. Yellow – Delayed: Serious but not immediately life‑threatening injuries. Can wait briefly while red patients are handled. Command gave a clear rundown on the air of who went where: Patient 1 – Red, adult male Ambulance 53 – Stroger Hospital Patient 2 – Yellow, adult female Ambulance 41 – Stroger Hospital A request was made to change this ambulance to Northwestern, but command said “not at this time,” keeping the assignment to Stroger in the radio traffic provided. Patient 3 – Red, adult male Ambulance 43 – Stroger Hospital Patient 4 – Red, adult female Ambulance 11 – Northwestern Memorial Hospital Patient 5 – Red, adult male Ambulance 74 – Northwestern Memorial Hospital Command also mentioned they were standing by for a possible additional “sick” patient, but no extra transports beyond these five are clearly confirmed in the transcript you provided. The Coast Guard was involved, and a second vessel with no injuries was secured. Nine people were on board. Radio reports say no one on that second boat needed EMS care. Crews planned to get medical refusals from those passengers. EMS resources were coordinated, and traffic control was needed on Lake Shore Drive. The incident was managed by CPD, CFD, and Coast Guard, with updates on victim counts and transportation logistics. The scene was eventually secured, and remaining units were released. Last passengers from the second vessel were taken care of at approximately 12:43:40 AM. Dear X Family, Please RT my story ❤️ My name is Julie. Darkness has been with me since the day I was born inside Ridglin. I was one of the beagles at Ridglin Farms, bred for a life I didn’t understand, a life filled with fear. I couldn’t see the others, but I could hear them. I could smell them. We were all the same—waiting, afraid. The metal bars of my cage were my whole world, and when the noise, the footsteps, and the fear got too much, I did the only thing I knew to do—I spun. Around and around, in tight circles, my paws moving fast beneath me. It was the only way I could stop the fear from crushing me, the only thing that helped when I didn’t know what else to do. The humans in white coats didn’t notice. They never did. They would come, take one of us away, and that beagle would never come back the same. Or they wouldn’t come back at all. The air was thick with anxiety, and when it filled me too much, I would spin. I’d spin and spin until the world stopped feeling so heavy. Then, one night, something different happened. I heard footsteps again, but these were softer, quicker. They didn’t sound like the humans I was used to. My ears twitched, and I pressed my body against the cage, trying to understand what was happening. Then, I felt a hand—gentle and warm in a way that wasn’t scary. It was different from the cold hands of the humans in white coats. I froze, unsure of what to do. “We’re here to help you,” a voice whispered. I wanted to trust them, but my heart was racing. My paws itched to spin, to make the anxiety go away, but the door to my cage opened, and I felt a different kind of space around me. They lifted me out, cradling me in their arms, and I trembled—not because I was cold, but because I didn’t know what would happen next. The air outside was like nothing I’d ever felt before. It smelled of life, of things growing and moving. I could feel the soft ground beneath my paws. Grass, they called it. It was strange at first, and I spun in small, tight circles, trying to understand where I was. But as I spun, something changed. I felt the soft touch of a hand on my back, and for the first time, the spinning didn’t feel necessary. They took me to a new place, one that smelled of safety and warmth. The air didn’t sting with chemicals or fear. There were no cages, just soft blankets, and voices that spoke kindly. When I spun here, it wasn’t because I was scared—it was because I didn’t know what to do with all this freedom. I still think of the others sometimes. The beagles back at Ridglin Farms, trapped in their cages, waiting, spinning like I used to. They can’t see the world they’re missing, just like I can’t, but I hope that one day they’ll feel what I feel now—freedom. The warmth of the sun on their fur, the soft ground under their paws, and the kindness of people who care. My name is Julie, and though I may never see the world, I can feel it now. I still spin sometimes, but now I know I can stop. I know what it’s like to be free. --------------------------------------------------------- This footage of Julie was captured by our friends, Wayne Hsiung and two other individuals from Direct Action Everywhere. They discovered later Julie was blind. Ridglin Farms dropped the theft charges against Wayne and two others for rescuing the three beagles. They did this to avoid further exposure of their facility to the public. On October 23rd, 2024. A court hearing was held at the Dane County Court House. Wayne and three Whistleblowers presented evidence to the judge of more abuse inside Ridglan Farms. We've published summary of what's happened since this hearing in link below. Thank you for your LOVE and RT's. You're helping save these beagles by amplifying their stories on X. #StopAnimalCruelty #stopanimaltesting

These two clips side by side make the contrast impossible to ignore. The first clip with Dana White and Ariel Helwani ahead of UFC on FOX 2 in 2012 shows the version of Dana that I believed was the best sports promoter in the world, and it wasn’t anything crazy, just fully locked in on the event like a passionate fan who happened to run the company. Four minutes off the cuff. Passionate. Deep in the weeds. Breaking down the top three fights with inside knowledge, behind the scenes context, and real storytelling. No teleprompter. No polish. Just genuine care about selling the fight and in tune with the fans. Now compare that to the Israel Adesanya vs Joe Pyfer announcement we got yesterday. Read off a screen. Flat. Disconnected. Like checking a box on a to do list. And I believe the timing also matters. UFC on FOX 2 was early in the FOX deal. Adesanya vs Pyfer is early in the Paramount deal. One feels like someone who could not wait to tell you why the fights mattered. The other feels like someone who could not wait to move on to the next agenda item. And I know these are not apples to apples. One is a pre fight scrum and the other is a fight announcement. But honestly, you could substitute almost any interview Dana has even done recently about the first Paramount card and the contrast would still be there. This is what the UFC and Dana specifically used to be the best at. And it is exactly what they are missing right now. The problem is, the UFC machine runs just fine without it. 🎙️: Ariel Helwani UFC on FOX 2, 2012 🎥: UFC YT January 2026

George Lucas on how he had to reluctantly write the screenplay for 'American Graffiti' (1973) & the confidence he gained from the movie's success: "When I was doing 'American Graffiti' (1973) I was still struggling with my ‘I don’t want to be a writer’ syndrome. I had some good friends of mine that I wanted to write the screenplay, but it took me like two years just to get the money to do a screenplay. And I got a little tiny amount of money and—which I had to go actually to the Cannes Film Festival to get on my own. So finally I got this money. I called back and I said, you know, “I got the money. We can start working on the screenplay.” And they said, “Oh, we don’t want to do that now. We’ve got our own low-budget picture off the ground and we can’t write it.” I said, “Oh no.” I said, “What am I going to do? I am in Europe and I’m not going to be back for like three months and I want to get this thing off the ground.” So they recommended another student from school that I knew pretty well. I had a story treatment that laid out the entire story scene by scene, so I called him over the phone from London and I said, “Do you want to do this?” And he said, “Okay.” The person I was working with at that time as a producer made a deal with him for the whole money because there wasn’t very much. It was so tiny that he could only get him to do it for the whole amount of money. When I came back from England, the screenplay was a completely different screenplay from the story treatment. It was more like 'Hot Rods to Hell' (1967). It was very fantasy-like, with playing chicken and things that kids didn’t really do. I wanted something that was more like the way I grew up. So I took that and I said, “Okay. Now here I am. I’ve got a deal to turn in a screenplay. I’ve got a screenplay that is just not the kind of screenplay I want at all and I have no money.” And, I spent the very last money I had saved up to go to Europe to make the deal, so I had nothing. That was a very dark period for me so I sat down myself and wrote the screenplay. After I did 'American Graffiti', and it was successful, it was a big moment for me because I really did sit down with myself and say, “Okay, now I am a director. Now I know I can get a job. I can work in this industry, and apply my trade, and express my ideas on things and be creative in a way that I enjoy. Even if I end up doing TV commercials or something, or I fall back into what I really love is documentaries. I’ll be able to do it. I know I can get a job somewhere. I know I can raise money somewhere. I know I can do what I want to do.” That was a very good feeling. At that point, I’d made it. There wasn’t anything in my life that was going to stop me from making movies." Breaking Down Georgia's MASSIVE 2020 Election FRAUD with over 140 election laws and rules broken or violated. Watch them panic and try to shut the arguments down. Shocking Admissions from the State Election Board Hearing, board member Janice Johnston and officials reveal Fulton County's "improper procedures" and duplicative ballot images—scanned multiple times—during the presidential recount. Three separate counts yielded wildly inconsistent results, raising red flags about scanner errors and hidden ballots and potential manipulation. Yet, despite clear evidence of irregularities, no referral to the AG for prosecution? Justice is being purposely derailed because the ones at the top are also involved in the FRAUD. This isn't just a glitch; it's a systemic failure exposing potential high-level cover-ups involving the ones at the top, on the Election Board, the governors, Dominion, foreign countries, and the election officials themselves, in one massive election fraud operation just like Joe Biden said he put together. This is all the Ballot Categories and Counts from the Fulton County 2020 Presidential Election based on all of their own available data from the Georgia State Election Board hearing and related intel: Total Ballots Cast (Initial/Original Tabulation): 524,659 First Machine Count (Election Night): Total Cast Vote: Records: 528,776 Trump Votes: 137,240 Biden Votes: 381,144 Jorgensen Votes: 6,275 Hand Count Audit (Risk-Limiting Audit): Reported Total: Votes: 525,293 Trump Votes: 137,620 Biden Votes: 381,179 Jorgensen Votes: 6,494 Second Machine Count (Recount):Total Cast Vote: Records: 527,925 Trump Votes: 137,247 (+7 from first count) Biden Votes: 380,212 (-932 from first count) Jorgensen Votes: 6,320 (+45 from first count) Key Discrepancies and Irregularities are MASSIVE: Missing Ballot Images: First Machine Count: 376,863 missing images (out of 528,776 records) Second Machine Count: 17,852 missing images (out of 527,925 records) Duplicate Ballot Images/Scans (suggesting potential multiple counting): 3,075 duplicate images reported during recount 2,871 ballots/BMD printouts identified as counted 2-3 times in second machine count (sample analysis) 916 hand-marked paper ballots among duplicates 16,807 duplicate rows in hand count audit spreadsheet (out of 41,881 total rows) Other Discrepancies: Difference between original tabulation and hand count audit: 634 votes (0.12%) Adjusted error after omissions: 4,569 votes (0.87%) Cast vote records difference between first and second machine counts: 851 VIOLATIONS of election laws/rules: 140 Omitted Absentee Ballot Batch Sheets (ABBSs) in audit: 11 (depriving ~1,582 Trump votes, ~2,288 Biden votes, ~65 Jorgensen votes; total ~3,900 votes omitted) Biden's Georgia margin ~12,000 votes; Multiple different results and evidence of duplicates potentially effected tabulated results but is not "conclusive," but improper procedures are confirmed which point to potential fraud. But need the original ballots to confirm which they will not hand over. Not adding or including the potential of fake ballots, manipulated adjudication from on site or remotely, and not counting the recent 315,000 unauthenticated votes. Most IMPORTANTLY the actual physical ballots have still not been located or were given to the parties to examine for authenticity, conformation, matching signatures, etc., because they refused to hand them over to inspect which is now in a legal proceeding to hand them over. Why won't they hand the ballots over to be inspected? This should tell you everything you need to know and the most crucial aspect of the entire situation. They know they are fraudulent ballots or they already destroyed them, period.

A few surprising things I learned from reading about the founder of Red Bull: 1. He started the company when he was 41 years old. 2. He was making $500 to $800 million a year and his 49% stake was worth $20 to $30 billion. 3. The company was started with just $500,000 from him and $500,000 from his partner. Outside of a small loan from a local bank all other expansion was funded by profits. 4. The company reached profitability in its 3rd year and has been profitable every year since. (33 years and counting) 5. He took no dividends for the first 13 years and reinvested all profits into growth instead. 6. He viewed Red Bull as a “marketing conglomerate” and tried to outsource everything else. 7. He was intensely private. When an author tried to interview his elderly mother for an unauthorized biography Mateschitz threatened to have the author's knee caps broken. He said it would only cost $500 to hire a Russian to do the job. 8. There are no biographies written in English about Mateschitz. 9. He believed a handshake agreement among gentlemen was sufficient and regularly did business with trusted partners with no written contract. 10. He bought a popular magazine just so he wouldn’t appear in it. 11. He didn’t like spending time socializing. He said: “I don't believe in 50 friends. I believe in a smaller number. Nor do I care about society events. It's the most senseless use of time. When I do go out, from time to time, it's just to convince myself again that I'm not missing a lot." 12. He was universally described by former employees as a gentleman, charismatic, and fiercely loyal. 13. He owned a private island in Fiji and said he was attracted to having his own independent state. His state would have the shortest set of laws in the world: “The rules are simple: Nobody tells you what you have to do — only what you don’t have to do.” 14. He still prioritized fitness deep into his 70s and liked driving fast, piloting his planes, and competing in off-road motorcycle races. 15. When he was asked if he was going to retire he said: “I’m having more fun than ever.” 16. He refused to sell Red Bull or take it public and worked on it until he died. --- I'm reposting one of my favorite founder stories. If you listened to this first time, I recommend listening again. If you missed this before, you're about to hear one of the wildest founder stories of all time.

On February 26, 1993, at 12:05pm, Ramzi Yousef and Eyad Ismoil parked a rented van on the underground B-2 parking level of the World Trade Center, lit four twenty-foot time fuses and walked away. Yousef stood just off Canal Street as he counted down the minutes waiting to watch the Twin Towers topple into one another and kill what he estimated to be 250,000 people. Twelve minutes later the 1300-pound urea nitrate / bottled nitrogen enhanced charge detonated and ushered in a new generation of terrorism on U.S. soil. Six people were killed and over a thousand were injured. Yousef’s plan to bring down the towers may have been thwarted by parking a few feet off target in the parking garage. For under a thousand dollars Yousef caused over $500 million in damages. That night he boarded a plane for Pakistan. Eight years later, al-Qaeda would take the lessons of 1993 and try again. Five months earlier, Ramzi Yousef had landed at JFK International Airport on a false Iraqi passport. He was introduced to his six conspirators through Omar Abdel-Rahman, better known as the blind sheik, a man who was on a State Department terrorist watch list and had issued fatwas in Egypt and America calling for the murder of U.S. citizens. His efforts were funded by a man named Osama bin Laden. In the rubble, the Joint Terrorism Task Force discovered a vehicle identification number that matched a van rented and then reported stolen by Mohammad Salameh. His arrest on March 4th as he tried to get his $400 deposit back from the rental company led to the arrest and convictions of Nidal Ayyad, Mahmoud Abouhalima, Ahmed Ajaj, and Eyad Ismoil. Yousef was captured in Pakistan in 1995. He is currently serving two life sentences plus 240 years in solitary confinement in Supermax Prison ADX Florence in Colorado. In October 1995, Abdel-Rahman was indicted for his involvement in the plot. He would die in prison serving a life term. Almost three decades later, one conspirator from the attack is still at large. On April 4, 2005, the U.S. State Department offered a $5 million dollar reward for information leading to the arrest of Abdul Rahman Yasin. His current whereabouts remain unknown.
