He's doing a wonderful job. I see the hurt in his eyes for his people. We are all humans and we shouldn't allow such hate and division.

My God, I love this guy! He stands up not only for himself, not only for his fellow Muslims, but for ALL those who are victims of racism and bigotry. This is the way forward, especially post-Trump. Do the job, serve the people, and be joyful. I'm💯% here for it!
He’s doing a fantastic job for NY. Who cares what his religion is or what his skin color is? It has no relevance to the job he’s doing.
@blackbirdverse This man is so lovable I would consider going to the US just to be witness to a city with such an extraordinary mayor. I will wait for Trump to be dismissed and the danger of ICE is removed, until then though I am content to watch from afar as mayor Mamdani leads his city.
I know who Mayor Zohran Mamdani is. The whole world knows of this gentleman. I’ve never heard of Sid Rosenberg. I just google him. He looks like a red faced, hard drinking gangster, that nobody likes. No wonder his pissed off.

This is what we need more of in public service. Putting the taxpayers above any of the nonsense of partisan politics. I would vote for any candidate, regardless of party, that has this level of compassion and commitment.
I love how @NYCMayor is unflinchingly proud of his faith. I hate how bigoted he is AGAINST people who don’t look or think like him & how he constantly denigrates the country to which his family CHOSE to emigrate.

A powerful expression of something only someone who has lived with racism can experience. Hopefully the rest of us can take this onboard, a just and peaceful future for us all depends on it.
