This is some "end of the world" stuff. We will never be safe again. Anywhere in the world, anyone with a bone to pick and a few thousand dollars can do horrific damage. Drones are cheap and almost impossible to stop. The pandora's box for homebrew predator missiles is wide open.

Imagine it Ukraine build an online system, where all Europeans could pay to fly a drone from home, on the couch - and attack a pre designated Ruzzian target “for sport”. Thousands of “new” pilots, drone attacks and funding by “pay per play”. I would certainly pay to try.
