Once again, a very strong storm moved through Downtown Houston. This is the same area of downtown that was so badly impacted by the storms less than two weeks ago. All these cars you see parked are seeking shelter from the storm. This is Polk and Smith. #houwx

I'm confused. From the video, it looks like a very strong wind and a heavy rain. Why is everyone hiding from that? Are Houston cars made out of sugar?
