Controlling energy costs and forcing a rapid shift to intermittent alternative energy sources are not compatible goals. Governor Maura Healey is doubling down on them anyway. “I’m not backing down,” she says, while pushing for more executive orders to lock in Massachusetts’ energy mix for the next 10 years. Solar. Wind. Geothermal. Battery storage. Demand response. All dictated from the top. Massachusetts residents are already paying some of the highest electricity prices in the country. Instead of reassessing what’s driving those costs, the response is more mandates, more targets, and more political stubbornness. This isn’t flexibility and this is not listening to people's needs. It’s doubling down on a strategy that’s already making energy less affordable.

Schatz: This bill will kill 300,000 jobs in wind and solar per year. We're going to lose out on $450 billion in capital as thousands of projects go under. And because of that, we're going to generate about 500 gigawatts less energy in the next decade. The 500 gigawatts less energy in the next decade is pretty much exactly the amount of energy that we're going to need to meet rising demand. We are going to have energy shortages as a result of this legislation. Energy demand is soaring for the first time in decades, largely, not exclusively but largely because of A.I. data centers. And our best chance of meeting it in the next few years is with wind and solar, not oil and gas, even nuclear and geothermal are going to take awhile.

A trilateral consultation with the Slovak and Ukrainian energy ministers was scheduled for today, but the Ukrainian side ultimately refused to take part. This comes after our Energy Ministry delegation spent three and a half days in Kyiv seeking dialogue. All meeting requests were rejected, and EU inspectors are also not being allowed to travel to the site. It is therefore clear that Ukraine is not restarting the Druzhba oil pipeline for purely political reasons, even though it is technically ready to operate.

Twice in one day, the media pursued a line of questioning that was not based on fact. This BBC interview featured a package in which they said farmers were selling up to make way for solar projects - this is generally not the case. Less than 1% of land in Lincolnshire is being used for solar farms and even in cases in which it is, landowners are leasing their land to make profit for solar farms - which btw is also in the national interest in terms of energy security (and the climate). The media has a lot to answer for when it comes to public trust…

Free Energy Announcement Free Energy, otherwise known as Overunity is 100% real. The devices exist already. I have been told exactly how an operational device works. I signed an NDA so I won't be able to disclose specifics. Instead, I want to explain the concepts so everyone understands how it is possible. Overunity means Coefficient of Performance (CoP) greater than 1. More energy coming out of the device than is being locally put into it. This allows for a system that can perpetually produce energy without being plugged in. Many will claim this breaks the first and second laws of thermodynamics. The reason it doesn't break the second law is similar to a windmill or solar panel. The system is open to the Aether (quantum fluctuations) in the same way those systems are open to nature. The first law of thermodynamics says energy cannot be created or destroyed. Solar and wind cannot output more energy than they take because the inputs are limited, but the Aether represents potentially unlimited additional energy input. This is how an Overunity system produces CoP greater 1. 'Free Energy' is a misnomer. It means that the potential energy accessed is unlimited, but it does not mean that the cost of extracting it is zero. The materials to produce an Overunity device are currently expensive, as is the labor to build it. When these devices become more efficient to produce, the cost will drop. The benefits of Overunity include; 1. Energy independence from energy companies 2. The ability to live off the grid 3. No loss of power when the grid fails 4. Green energy with no pollution 5.
