Once you realize that ALL scripture is breathed out by God, seemingly "boring" verses that you thought were meaningless start to jump off the page. I love this so much.

Amen. All glory to God!

oof, this is powerful. Had no clue. How beautiful - that we all are just loved and cherished by God....and thats just how he sees us :)

Thanks for all that you do Josh!

He really is always with us. Something cool that happened yesterday

The Holy Spirit overshadowed Mary and Jesus was conceived. Luke 1:35 The same Holy Spirit carried along the men that wrote the scriptures. 2 Peter 1:21 The writing of scripture is as miraculous as the virgin birth.

@theblaze Thank you for such insight, all scripture is beautiful, a treasure once you dive deeper into the wisdom and knowledge of our Savior

Keep the commandments: the beginning of knowledge

I definitely don't believe that. I've read the BIBLE over and over and over, and not just read it, but studied the Hebrew and Greek and what I have concluded is Jeremiah 8:8. Man has definitely twisted, inserted and removed God’s true voice from Scriptures. And this is why Revelation is so relevant to why God must open up the scroll, the WORTHY ONE to reveal the truth for what man has severely corrupted. This is why Jesus told the woman at the well in John 4, one day we will worship God in Spirit & Truth, because His word has been corrupted.

That’s not what “god breathed” meant at the time tho

This really makes me think about all those names you tend to blow through trying to get to the "good stuff" especially in the old testament.

So good

No one is unimportant to God and therefore no one should be unimportant to His followers.

I love your zeal for scripture. Thanks for teaching me.

@theblaze There is a reason for every word. This is why Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic are so vital to understanding what was really meant by the choice of words.

Love this so much!! Just discovered you and I’m so thankful!! Love this nugget!! 🙏🙏

Tbf, I’m still struggling with the measurements and rites of the temple, as well as the genealogies.

Even 1 Corinthians 11 is breathed out by God.

How bout 1 Timothy 2:12 - does that one jump off the page for you, Josh? #falseteacher

Yeah no. This is just a bunch of hyper religious crap leftover from the reformation and has absolutely NOTHING to do with the teachings of Jesus. Josh, you know this. You KNOW what logos translates into… God never promised us a book, he promised us a relationship.

@theblaze AGREED, I am reading Leviticus now and , WOW 🙏🏻

how GREAT is our God! why would anyone reject Him

Romans 16:23 Gaius says hello to you. He is my host and also serves as host to the whole church. Erastus, the city treasurer, sends you his greetings, and so does our brother Quartus.

The Book of Mormon is scripture. “God breathed”

Yes! Amen!!

This is called 'apophenia"

Cool.

This is an incredible lesson. Thank you, sir.

@TheLiveFreePod Wow…

Exactly. Exactly. Exactly.
