One of the strikes killed Ahmad Bayouk, who the IDF says raided the Re'im military base on October 7. Meanwhile, the IDF also announces that a strike on Monday, in response to an attack by gunmen on troops in southern Gaza's Rafah a day prior, killed a Palestinian Islamic Jihad commander. It appears that last September, the IDF said it killed Yousef who was the deputy commander of Hamas’ Naval Police, in the Central Camps area of Gaza.
