A player at a casino was accused of being too good and kept winning, they forced him to return all of his chips and cashed him out and told him to leave, there were whispers that they thought he was card counting. I never been to any place where they forced you to do a return and sent you on your way. But I have heard of retail places doing that. When the customer tries to argue at the register they are like you know what, here take your money back and leave. Back when the PS5 came out I was desperate to get one for my kid too, I was searching online for those obscure local stores that had them. I found one in Rochester, NY. I placed the order and got a confirmation and a notification from my bank saying an amount was taken out by them. So I figured they had it and it was fine. A week later after I didn’t get it, I called and he said yes he still had it but he’s been busy and will ship it out asap. I was like ok cool, so another week went by and I called him again and asked what the hold up was. This time around the guy was quite nasty and told me I needed to be patient because he was dealing with some stuff. He then said “you are acting like you don’t want it!” Which was weird because if I didn’t want it I wouldn’t be checking on why I didn’t get it yet. Next day I wake up to a notification from my bank saying the amount taken was credited back to my account and it showed the retailers name. He cancelled my order and refunded my money. So I called again and he said I was harassing him and he rather not sell to people like me. At that point I was furious but what could I do. I was thinking maybe he didn’t have it all along, maybe he only listed it as a means of bringing attention to his store in hopes people browse and buy other items too. Either way the idea of a place of business saying they don’t want my business and giving me my money back and refusing service is ridiculous to me.

Dear “Nique at Nite,” or whatever you call yourself, If you think footage of me talking to an officer somehow proves that I lied, and you genuinely believe this is some sort of “gotcha” moment, you are gravely mistaken. Almost to the point that I feel sorry for you. The fact that I apparently left this much of an impression on you is becoming bizarre. I got underneath your skin because I did my job, I did it well, and my reporting went further than yours. Further than anyone’s. The truth went further than YOUR narrative. And when the trial finally happened, what came out in that courtroom lined up with what I had been reporting for the entire past year. That really made you angry, didn’t it? Because MONTHS later, you are still sitting around replaying footage of me at the courthouse and pretending that a video of me TALKING TO AN OFFICER is somehow evidence that I lied. It’s called main character syndrome. And you have it bad. So since you’re apparently still obsessing over this interaction, let me explain what was actually happening. A bunch of people were talking to this officer. I spoke to him and told him that I understood it was still early in the trial, but the judge’s order stated that no one was supposed to be on the premises before 6:00 AM. I FOLLOWED THE JUDGE’S ORDER. When I arrived, people were already crowding in front of the building well before that restriction was up. So which is it? Do you want people to follow the rules? Do you want the law and the judge’s orders followed correctly? Or do you only care about those things when they benefit you? Wasn’t your entire argument supposedly about EQUAL OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL? Then everyone should be held to the SAME rules. I wasn’t the only person who was cut out that morning. And when I spoke to that officer, other people were AGREEING WITH ME because I specifically brought up the judge’s order and said that the people who actually followed the rules deserved a fair chance too. And no, I never brought up color. That’s what YOU do. And guess what happened? I stayed. I waited. I was let in not long afterward. And I never experienced another issue while I was there. Why? Because I followed the rules. I was getting up at 2–3 AM every single day to make sure I had an opportunity to get into that courtroom. I put in the work. I followed the rules. I showed up. And I reported what happened. So please, get over yourself. Find someone else to obsessively pick apart, because if THIS is the “evidence” you have been reduced to months later—footage of me calmly speaking to an officer about people following a judge’s order—you have done absolutely nothing to prove your ridiculous narrative about me. I had some good friends of mine that I wanted to write the screenplay, but it took me like two years just to get the money to do a screenplay. And I got a little tiny amount of money and—which I had to go actually to the Cannes Film Festival to get on my own. So finally I got this money. I called back and I said, you know, “I got the money. We can start working on the screenplay.” And they said, “Oh, we don’t want to do that now. We’ve got our own low-budget picture off the ground and we can’t write it.” I said, “Oh no.” I said, “What am I going to do? I am in Europe and I’m not going to be back for like three months and I want to get this thing off the ground.” So they recommended another student from school that I knew pretty well. I had a story treatment that laid out the entire story scene by scene, so I called him over the phone from London and I said, “Do you want to do this?” And he said, “Okay.” The person I was working with at that time as a producer made a deal with him for the whole money because there wasn’t very much. It was so tiny that he could only get him to do it for the whole amount of money. When I came back from England, the screenplay was a completely different screenplay from the story treatment. It was more like 'Hot Rods to Hell' (1967). It was very fantasy-like, with playing chicken and things that kids didn’t really do. I wanted something that was more like the way I grew up. So I took that and I said, “Okay. Now here I am. I’ve got a deal to turn in a screenplay. 🦊 i finished wrapping up first my solo recently and as words from people around me started influencing me, it really stressed me out and it really started swaying my identity as a person…i was really burnt out for 3 months 🦊 i used to be someone that told people everything when i was going through a hard time like “i’m going through a tough time right now” but i don’t know when it started, but i couldn’t get myself to tell people around me anymore 👤 i wonder why? was it out of consideration for them? 🦊 that could be why…and i also felt like i needed to learn how to overcome things myself 🦊 i didn’t say anything to anyone and was going through it myself…then i thought about namjoon hyung so i went to him and asked him a lot of questions and one of the things he said to me was that he hopes i face the things that make me uncomfortable 🦊 i had conflicts with soobin and we had awkward phases but i wanted to erase all of these things one by one and i feel like there were also a lot of things that i had been misunderstanding, coming to think of it now…so i went up to soobin first and said “hey, let’s go get a drink”

The moment that drew my attention to Freen was when you went to Cannes and there was a photo of your in a red dress which got tenth of thousands of likes—I was like, who’s this? I want to ask how you view Cannes before and after you went there. When I found out that I will be there, I felt it was such a grand event. Never imagined… like me? ME? Who am I to get to go there? And when I was there… it was really grand. And the photo time was so long that I thought…. Are we done? Didn’t know what to pose already. Was very nervous inside but had to act confident. Come…. Take photos… but inside, scan around…. How many? How long is the camera wall😅 It’s a good moment in life. Saw Queen Chompoo went so many years and looked so grand every time. I was one who was excited to see what she will wear. So when it was me, I was excited. And when was there, was a bit pressured—what dress and accessories to wear. I had to do a lot of homework. I was a bit surprised with myself. They have dresses for me to choose from. Had to pick what fitted me. But when I liked the red design… but it was red, which I have to wear to a red carpet… I was like… what to do… and decided to go for it. I’ll go with it. Not sure how red on red will be but went with it. MC: for me it was a good choice. I felt. This kid is brave. You could handle it and made it seem effortless/ not stressed. Felt you weren’t stressed out by the red carpet. I thought you handled it well. Thank you so much. It was my first time. I was really scared. The necklace. I’ll tell you about was the first time in my life that I went to choose it all by myself. Had to pick accessories worth many tenth of millions alone. I think that room had accessories worth tenths of billions. All could do was put it against my neck and imagined it with the dress I picked. Was difficult but I think I got a perfect total look. Instead of two stops/transfer I had to take four or five. …. …. Anyway that’s fine. My team was good and professional—the manager, makeup, hair. We had to deal with the situation but got through it while still had good humor about it. MC: what thought about hotel Martinez iconic stairs. Met so many people/celebrities. It was like a check in spot for everyone. After you finished getting ready, had to take photos there. It was another memorable moment. Not everyone can be there.
