Is the Circuit Breaker hack worth it? Much more than anyone admits. In fact, it could be the missing link you’ve been searching for. If you’ve been sick for a while & nothing seems to move the needle, then you have to look at the one place your body is supposed to do its deepest work YOUR SLEEP. Because if your sleep is broken, your healing is broken. The Melatonin Connection Most people think of melatonin as a “sleep hormone.” But that’s just the surface. It’s actually: - Built in the day by sunlight exposure🌞 - Released at night to coordinate your sleep - One of the most powerful antioxidants in your body..stronger than most supplements you could buy - And it’s directly disrupted by man-made EMFs That’s right. It’s a night hormone but made in the day. So if you live indoors all day under blue light & then sleep in a sea of nnEMFs at night, You’re killing melatonin on both ends. When melatonin is suppressed, 2 critical repair programs become inefficient: - apoptosis = cell's controlled self-destruction - autophagy = cell's recycling & cleaning system which means your body doesn’t repair or regenerate properly. And all of this happens at night while you’re sleeping. Most people think they’re fine because they “turn off the WiFi” or “keep the phone in airplane mode” That's a good first step.. but far from enough. Because even when your devices are off, your walls are still radiating nnEMFs The wires inside your bedroom walls are carrying ELF-EMFs (extremely low frequency fields) & Dirty electricity. That invisible noise is penetrating your body while you sleep. If you live in a high rise with hundreds of neighbours, it’s even worse. and not everyone has the luxury of moving their bed 6-8 ft away from the walls. The Solution? It might sound old school, even extreme. But it works Trip the Circuit Breaker. Flip the switch & kill the power to your bedroom, at least during the hours you’re sleeping. It’s one of the simplest ways to drastically reduce your nighttime EMF load. It's simple but not EASY. Would you do it?

G to the M fam Has anyone touched the grass today? Tria just announced a big Season 3 AMA tomorrow, June 17 at 10 AM EST, with Decibel, Aptos and special guests. They’re breaking down all the new updates. One action now hits multiple reward layers, Epoch 2 extended to July 15, and they keep adding real utility like seamless perps, yield, and card spending. This is how you build real retention and mindshare. Quip Network is one of the few projects that keeps delivering quiet but meaningful signals. they’re not just talking about quantum advantage ... they’re actively demonstrating it. using real D-Wave Advantage2 annealing quantum computers on testnet to solve optimization problems far more efficiently than classical systems, potentially using up to 100x less energy. this is helping flip the old narrative of crypto wasting energy into one where decentralized compute can be far more efficient and useful. i spent 4 dollars to make this post Akali 3H single routing structure with positioning optimizations these range from bnb territory to psychotic, but mainly putting together as an example for combo limits / optimization adjustments on the fly. You can always 2 hit walljump / do single hit jM to reduce some length and maintain the routing if combo time is a concern. For the third and fourth combos, there are 2 versions - one that optimizes for limit strike damage / combo time, and one that sends in extra air normals for 5s2 oki. Just posted both as an example, but routing like this also helps bridge the gap on 5s2 damage if you'd like to use that. Notes: 1) Corner to corner, keep in mind extra normals will increase the pushback and leave you closer to corner by the end, reducing frame adv from the tumble. 2) Nearing corner (starting about 75% of the stage away) adjustment on the ender for when the tumble has less frame adv, just cram in more air normals and save your double jump. 3) Here's where you'll start to see corner adjustments - round start position, this ends up being the starter for max damage midscreen, but if you were to reach the corner after the apex of your second jump loop arc, you can squeeze in extra minimum damage for a notable increase. Fortunately also maximizes corner carry while pushing damage. 4) In corner route. Stupid hard wrt combo time, just posting as an example of combo limits. you can probably just opt for above, but it does get an extra min damage source in. Alternatively, learn an easier combo lol. Have similarly structured stuff for 2H, will probably get to it later.

Polymarket introduced new fees to kill bots on 15-minute markets. Result? They just eliminated competition for the two apex predators. These wallets did not just survive. They mutated. While the platform tried to "fix" the system, these two made $918,357 in pure profit in one month. On the fees that were supposed to bankrupt them. Someone on Twitter was complaining his stops get blown at the exact same second every time. Said he was up against HFT bots with direct exchange connections. In the comments someone dropped two profiles. Said here are your "manipulators". Just code. $522,439 profit in one month. $65 million volume. First place on crypto leaderboard. This is not a person. This is PurpleThunderBicycleMountain. His profile: The second profile looked like it could not top the first. 0x8dxd. Second place. $395,918 in the same month. But here is what breaks the brain completely. In December 2025 this wallet had $313. Three hundred thirteen dollars. Now his all-time profit exceeds $658,000. The numbers do not lie. $313 turned into a fortune in six weeks. See for yourself: The mechanics are uncomfortably simple. Both trade the same thing. 15-minute crypto markets. Bitcoin up or down. ETH above or below. Every 15 minutes a new contract. Here is the trick. You look at Polymarket and see 50/50 odds. For you this is a fair coin flip. But these two do not look at Polymarket. They look at Binance. When BTC makes a move on the exchange Polymarket does not know yet. Price already moved. Direction already determined. But odds on the platform still show yesterday. The window lasts 30 seconds. Sometimes 90. It is like playing poker against someone with a mirror behind your back. He already sees your cards. You still think you are bluffing. During this time the bot enters at old prices. Buys YES at 25 cents when real probability is already 80%. Or NO at 1.5 cents when the market already crashed. Then the window closes. Odds catch up to reality. Bot gets $1 for every 25 cents. This is not forecasting. This is harvesting from people staring at a stale screen. One trade stands out. ETH dumped on spot. PurpleThunderBicycleMountain loaded NO at 1.5 cents. Kept buying as price rose to 15 cents. Window closed down. Every share paid $1. 785% in fifteen minutes. On one trade. The craziest part is 0x8dxd stats. Win rate 98%. Out of 6,615 trades. Almost perfect. A human cannot trade like this. A human has shaky hands. A human doubts. A human sleeps. The bot does not sleep. The bot does not doubt. The bot just waits for Binance and Polymarket to diverge for 30 seconds. And takes the difference. Their profit curves both grow without a single pullback. No crashes. No nervous breakdowns. Methodical. Mechanical. Relentless. Polymarket introduced fees to stop this. Result? Small bots died. These two took their market share. A 1.5% fee means nothing when your average return is 300%. Here is what kills. Anyone can spend months learning Python. Rent a server near the exchange. Write an algorithm. Test. Debug. Lose money on mistakes. Or just open their profiles and see what they are buying. The blockchain stores everything. Every position. Every timing. Full history in the open. They spend thousands on infrastructure. Write code for months. Optimize milliseconds. Anyone can just watch where they enter. $918,357 in one month between them. First and second place on the leaderboard. This is not theory. This is a working machine. Right now somewhere BTC is making a move. Polymarket still shows old odds. These two are already entering a position. Only one question remains: Will you be the one selling to them at stale prices? Or the one entering alongside them? In 15 minutes a new contract opens. 14 minutes left.

Two years ago, my son was nonverbal at two years old. After 6 months of therapy and testing, an entire panel of doctors diagnosed him with Autism. Selfishly in the moment, I asked, “Will he ever be able to ski, golf, and play sports normally with other kids?” Their answer: “Although it’s not out of the question, it’s highly unlikely.” Both my wife and I were crushed. Not because of the diagnosis or the fact that these “professionals” just put a two-year-old they met with for less than an hour in a box for the rest of his life. We were crushed because, in one single answer, my wife’s dreams of teaching her son soccer and mine of teaching him golf, skiing, and basketball seemingly went out the window. It was something we had both dreamed about our entire lives. Two years later, my son not only talks but can also read, count, spell, play basketball, and do pretty much everything any other four-year-old can do. And today, his first time ever putting on skis, he skied 30 yards all by himself on his 3rd run. The best part - he just wants to go again and again. I've never been happier or more proud. Today, all of my dreams came true. So, to all the parents out there, don't let others' expectations define what is possible for your child. ➡️ Keep pushing ➡️ Keep believing ➡️ Keep dreaming You're not alone in this journey. Keep your hopes alive because miracles happen every day, and your kids are stronger than you think.

I never imagined I would be writing something like this again. This year started with hope—I told myself I would work hard, save more, and finally have a little breathing space. But living with Sickle Cell has a way of rewriting your plans. Month after month, I found myself spending more time in hospital wards than anywhere else. Every small earning I made quietly disappeared into drugs, tests, injections, and emergency treatments. Still, I kept pushing through the pain, believing I could handle it. Living with Sickle Cell means constant hospital visits, unexpected crises, and medical bills that never seem to end. I’ve spent almost everything I earned just trying to stay afloat and manage the pain. 💔 Right now, I urgently need an Exchange Blood Transfusion (EBT) to help ease the pain and stabilize my health. The EBT procedure is not optional for me at this point; it is the only way to manage my condition effectively and give me a real chance at living a healthier and stable life. Unfortunately, I can’t afford the cost on my own this time. My family too have put in alot trying to keep me stable. One minute, I am happy and working, the next, I am being transfused in the hospital, fighting to stay alive. I’m humbly asking for your support. 🙏🏾 Your donation, your prayers, and even sharing this post can make a huge difference. Unfortunately, the cost of the procedure, medications, hospital care, monitoring, and follow-up treatment is far beyond what my family and I family can afford. I am appealing to the public to help us raise this amount so I can undergo the procedure as soon as possible. No amount is too small. Your contribution can be the difference between life and tragedy. Please give me the chance to keep fighting — and to keep living. Donations can be sent to: 4233533447 Zenith Bank Chiamaka Lynda Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and support. 🚨ANGOLA JUST HUMILIATED SA'S 2026 COST OF LIVING‼️‼️ I’m sitting here in Pretoria staring at my latest electricity bill and I just had to vent because this is actually insane. 😩 It’s May 2026 and every single time I fill up my car or open that Eskom invoice it feels like a punch to the gut, but literally just across the border in Angola, the same stuff is dirt cheap. Like, ridiculously cheap‼️ Let me break it down with the actual numbers I saw today: Electricity is 16 TIMES cheaper over there. Angola: R0.28 per unit South Africa: R4.52 per unit That means if your average monthly bill here (lights, fridge, kettle, geyser, the works) is sitting at around R2 700 the exact same usage in Angola would cost you roughly R170, yes just ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY RAND🔥 I had to double-check it because it sounds fake. Now petrol and diesel‼️ Also a total joke. 95 petrol: Angola – R5.50 a litre South Africa – R26.63 a litre (after that May hike that had us all swearing) Diesel: Angola – R7.30 a litre South Africa – R32.09 a litre Fill a normal 50-litre tank? Angola = R280 South Africa - Over R1 300🔥 That’s not pocket change, that’s life-changing money for taxi drivers, farmers, small business owners, basically anyone who actually moves for a living. So how the hell are they doing it⁉️ Simple, the Angolan government just subsidises the living daylights out of electricity and fuel. They keep prices stupidly low for ordinary people so the cost of living doesn’t destroy everyone‼️ Here‼️ Eskom is drowning in debt, the old power stations are falling apart and we’re all paying the “real cost” to fix the mess while loadshedding is supposedly over but the bills keep climbing. Fuel just follows the world oil price plus every tax they can slap on🔥 I’m not saying we should copy everything they do but damn, when your neighbour is paying one-sixteenth for power and one-fifth for fuel, it makes you ask some serious questions about why we’re struggling this much⁉️

Since TermMax V2 rolled out the new Roll feature, I’ve been thinking DeFi lending is finally getting serious about managing time. The worst part of fixed-rate positions was never opening them—it was those brutal few days before expiry. You’re stuck in meetings all day, topping up margin at night, jumping chains for liquidity at 3 a.m., watching rates while praying nothing blows up. A lot of positions didn’t die from volatility; they died right there in that 48-hour window. When I saw what TermMax | Fixed Rate Borrowing & Lending just shipped, my first reaction was that on-chain borrowing finally feels like actual debt management. Besides straight repayment, you can now roll your position two ways: straight into a new fixed-rate term market to lock the rate again, or over to Morpho’s floating market if you want flexibility. A lot of people are calling it “just rolling over,” but it’s really changing how we handle time. Fixed rates used to lock the interest but left time broken—expiry hit and you had to decide everything from scratch again. The real stress wasn’t the APR; it was the panic questions like “what if I don’t have cash that day” or “what if the market flips.” V2 stitches that gap shut. Inside the rollover pop-up you pick the next term—like USDC/wstETH to 30SEP2026—and you see the APY instantly. The real win isn’t the yield; it’s finally being able to plan your next cash flow ahead of time. If you want stability, rolling to the next fixed market is like building your own debt calendar—next due date, cost of funds, everything crystal clear so you don’t scramble at the last second. Want to keep options open? Flip to Morpho and stay flexible if rates move. That’s what makes this update feel mature. It doesn’t decide for you—it hands the duration choice back to the user. The Maturity Watch plus the unified Positions view is the most underrated detail. Expiry pressure used to hit like an alarm clock out of nowhere; now you can actually see your full funding timeline. Lately the community can’t stop talking about “control.” XHUNT’s last 7-day stats show TermMax sitting at 86.7% positive sentiment. People aren’t just chasing APY anymore—they’re praising the certainty of fixed rates, the clean dashboard, Range Orders, and that new feeling of not having to put out fires at the last minute. This shift is bigger than it looks. Most on-chain users used to live in the “today” lane—what’s pumping, what’s the rate, any quick moves? Now with Roll, some are already thinking three months out. That’s not a trading habit anymore; it’s turning into a real money habit. Sure, it’s not perfect yet. We still need more real-world rollover data, rates will keep moving, and there are edge cases like zero-debt positions that can’t roll. The TGE delay frustration is real too, but that’s separate from the product itself. Still, this V2 Roll just turned DeFi’s most ignored stress—from pure expiry panic into something you can actually schedule. With DeFi rotating hard and Bitcoin pulling back a bit, people are craving exactly this kind of certainty. Once users start managing the future properly, fixed-rate lending finally starts feeling like a real credit market. Have you noticed? A lot of us aren’t just asking “is the APY good?” anymore. We’re asking whether this money will still fit in our plans when it comes due.

A Citadel quant sat down next to me at Verve on Gough and asked why my laptop had four terminals open I was scanning Polymarket. Four panes. Each one a different agent. He was killing time before a flight. Saw the screens. "Is that a multi-agent setup on prediction markets. Who's orchestrating" Claude. One prompt per agent. They don't share memory. Only a queue file. He pulled up a chair. "Walk me through. I do this for equities at work. I want to see your agent separation" Agent 1 is the scanner. I piped raw JSON from the official Polymarket CLI straight into Claude and told it to score every live market on three things. Edge against my probability estimate. Book depth on both sides. Hours to resolution. Thresholds kill 93% of markets before the brain ever sees them. Edge under 7 cents gone. Depth under $500 gone. Under 4 hours to resolution gone. Over 168 gone. 487 live markets collapse to 35. "Seven cents is your transaction cost buffer" Yes. Below that the gas and spread eat the trade. A green fill popped. +$52 on a BTC dominance market. "And the brain" Agent 2. Runs four checks on every survivor. Base rate from history. News in the last six hours. Whether any of the 47 top wallets are currently holding. And a disposition check - is the crowd making a known cognitive error. Three out of four must agree. Otherwise drop it. 86 million trades. I let Claude rank every wallet with 100+ fills and a 70%+ win rate. It returned 47 names in four minutes. Top 20 wallets made more than the bottom 13,000 combined. "Concentration like that means the signal is there. Most retail books look like a normal curve. Yours looks like power law" Kelly sizing does the rest. Capped at quarter Kelly. If f-star goes negative the trade dies no matter how confident I feel. "Overbet once and the bankroll is gone. You respect that. Good" Agent 3 is execution. Three strategies pulled out of a 53k line Typescript repo. Arbitrage across related markets. Convergence when price moves toward my estimate. Whale copy with a 60 second delay on the 47 wallets. Two agents agree full position. One agent only half. Disagreement no trade. "What did you cut" Sports. 52% win rate. Already priced in before the scanner flags it. Markets under $50k in depth. Slippage makes every edge a coin flip. Holding to settlement. The top wallets exit at 73% of max profit every time. I copied that. Agent 4 watches exits. Three triggers. Target hit at 85% of expected move. Volume spike 3x the ten minute average. Thesis stale 24 hours with no movement. "91% of the smart wallets exit before resolution. That's the trade" Yeah. Being right is not the same as being profitable. Setup: Claude API $20 Hetzner VPS $5 Four repos free Total $25 a month $200 seed. 27 days ago. $14,300 now. 271 trades. 74% win rate. Sharpe 2.47. Copy here: "How long did the build take" Two weekends. One to wire the scanner and the CLI. One to get the agents talking through the queue file. He watched the volume exit trigger fire on a Fed cut market. Position closed at 0.71. +$184. "Nobody at my shop runs four agents on their own money. We run eight on the firm's. You got the same structure on a laptop for the price of a sandwich a month" He asked for the repos. I sent them. He messaged me from the gate. "Publishing this tomorrow. My PM is going to ask me why I didn't do it first" I told him his PM already has a Bloomberg. That's the problem.

‼️🎙️ Great interview from Carlos Alcaraz today at the Princesa de Girona CongresFest in Murcia, where he spoke a lot about consistency, discipline, and the daily work that goes into the trophies: ❔ “Today we’ve been hearing people talk about research, innovation, exploration… You revolutionized tennis at a very young age. What do you think is behind that ability to keep improving constantly?” 🗣️ Carlos: “Well, I think it’s the desire to learn. When you realize there’s still so much for you to improve, so much for you to learn, in my case, in the world of tennis… in the end you’re competing against players who also want to improve in order to beat you, who want to put themselves in the best possible position. And that’s what motivates you, or at least what motivates me, to keep improving, to keep up with the level of tennis and also keep up with the rate at which my rivals are improving.” ❔ “In elite sport, just like in science and entrepreneurship, a very important part is knowing how to push beyond your own limits. So my question is: what values have been most important in helping you develop that throughout your journey?” 🗣️ “I think consistency. Day-to-day consistency, trying to give your best every single day. “In the end, people probably see the matches, the tournaments, the victories and defeats, but you also have to place a lot of value on what happens behind the scenes: the work you put in every day. “I think that’s the most important thing: going every day, in my case, to the tennis court or the gym with tremendous excitement about trying to give the best of myself, trying to improve so that later it shows on the court. “That consistency of taking things day by day, of trying to control everything necessary to be in the best possible condition when it’s time to compete - that’s what motivates me. And it’s what I value most now in the position I’m in. I’m grateful to the version of myself from six or seven years ago for having done everything possible every single day.” ❔ “People see the trophies and the victories, but they don’t see the work behind them because it’s invisible. What advice would you give to young people, and to all of us, about discipline and consistency, so we can understand how someone like you keeps going?” 🗣️ “Above all, patience. “When I was 14 years old, I had zero patience. I wanted things overnight. I wanted results immediately. Personally, I hate losing at anything, even back there. So I always wanted to win, I wanted everything to work out perfectly, I wanted things to go exactly right. But I think what I’d tell young people is to have patience. “The beautiful thing is the process. It’s the journey. It’s going to a competition or doing something that truly fills you with pride and then seeing that it doesn’t work out. “You fail but what matters is how you get back up, how you come back the next day and try again. “That’s the beautiful part, and that’s the advice I’d give to young people: be patient, enjoy the journey, enjoy what you’re doing, because one day you’ll look back, value it, and feel proud of it.”
