In Germany, it is illegal to give a Nazi Salute. This is what happens when you do it in front of Police officers. Germany knows how bad of a person Hitler was. They know how hate that is allowed to brew can brew so far that it leads to the killing of over 6 million human beings. This is why free speech should be protected but hate speech should closely regulated. Hate is a disease that can spread like a wild fire.

In the video, she can be heard making statements such as, “Accept it or not,” “You have no right to say no,” “This is your last chance,” and, she can be heard saying that if you can’t do that, we will find someone else to replace you. Some of the workers appeared to express their disagreement after she made these remarks. What happened to treating workers with dignity and respect?

Failure is a teacher. If you have success, you did it right, so there is probably nothing to learn. But if you have failure, there is something to learn. You have to make the most of your failures. Over time, I developed an instinctual reaction to failure. My instinct now is to view failure as a puzzle that will give me gems if I can solve it. The puzzle is simply this: What would I do differently in the future so as not to have that result? When you solve that puzzle, you write the lesson down. Love it or hate it, I’m pretty sure this will be a banger. When people are indifferent about your product, worry. A product people love to hate is actually a good thing, they want to love it.
