Alain DESTEXHE Demain : les FDLR ---------------------------------- ENGLISH Response to Dr Mukwege You can be an excellent doctor and a poor politician - or even a liar. By mobilising the network of Nobel Prize winners, Dr Denis Mukwege persuaded some of them to sign an article published in Le Monde that was riddled with factual errors and untruths about the crisis in the DRC. The process is well known: Nobel laureates sign out of sympathy, without ever having been to the east of the DRC - or even to the country itself. I have just spent several days in the heart of the mountainous Masisi region, west of Goma. Until recently disputed between the FARDC and the M23, this area has now been pacified. Last Sunday, I walked - yes, walked - 27 kilometres along steep paths. In every village I passed, I took the time to talk to the locals. They all told me the same thing: since the region came under M23 control, calm has returned. There are no more incursions by the FDLR or the Wazalendo, and the population is no longer subjected to the arbitrary actions of the FARDC. The border with Rwanda is also no longer the scene of armed incursions by the FDLR, the descendants of the 1994 genocide in Rwanda. The FDLR and the Wazalendo - militias armed by Kinshasa - have been pushed further west. A Nobel Peace Prize winner should be delighted to see these terrorist groups suffer setbacks, but he says nothing about it in his article. Unfortunately, these are the same groups that Félix Tshisekedi's regime - which Dr Mukwege has chosen to support - finances, arms and equips. He also makes this absurd comparison with the war in Ukraine. According to him, just like Russia in Ukraine, Rwanda - though eight times less populated and 90 times smaller - would be the aggressor of the DRC (102 million inhabitants)! The peace that now reigns in a large part of Kivu deserves to be recognised, and even applauded. I invite Dr Mukwege and his fellow signatories to go to Goma, in the Kivus, to see for themselves the situation on the ground - and to come and walk with me in the pacified Masisi. What do $Kaspa and $Apple have in common? Apple wasn’t the first mover in the mobile phone business: Sony, Motorola, Nokia, and others were FAR ahead of them! Yet today, Apple is the market leader (> 20% market share) What makes Apple different? They think different! They built on the shoulders of giants and simplified things in a way their competitors couldn’t. You don’t have to be the first mover! You don’t have to reinvent the wheel. You just need to streamline the solution and customer behavior to the maximum, and you’ll win! The same principle that worked for Apple will now apply to Kaspa. Just as Apple took existing technology and made it more accessible, intuitive, and user-friendly, Kaspa is poised to do the same in its own field. By refining blockchain technology: focusing on speed, scalability and simplicity. Kaspa can take the groundwork laid by earlier cryptocurrencies and elevate it, meeting user needs more effectively than its predecessors. It’s not about being the first; it’s about being the BEST at delivering what people really want. 10bps countdown: ⏳ 34 days to go till 10bps GIGA Thread & Art from KASPArt_Qubicious_Analysis 💪 --> Check him out🫡 If you understand what you're investing in, short-term price fluctuations won't matter to you: • No insiders or VCs • Fair launch • Solves the blockchain trilemma • 2nd biggest Hash rate • Proof-of-Work • Worth $2B without Binance & Coinbase • T1 listings coming soon “Learn” comes before “earn” for a reason. I went to both Jasmine Crockett’s and James Talarico’s final election Eve rallies. These events could not have been more different. My experiences at both made me convinced of who was going to win tomorrow. Crockett’s event was a “Community Conversation with Congresswomen Crockett, Pressley & Grijalva” at New Faith Church. About ~100 people attended. Talarico’s event was a “Take Back Texas Tour: Rally in Houston.” About ~1,000 people attended. Crockett’s event started nearly an hour later. The pews were half full, and the energy just wasn’t there. I don’t think Crockett’s event was designed to be energetic, but it just wasn’t inspiring. The speakers and the crowd were older, and at one point, one older speaker said “Tomorrow, use Google and Social Media to get your friends to go out and vote.” What does that even mean? Some members of the media left before the event was even over. Crockett’s message was constantly negative against Republicans. There was a lot of focus on identity, too. On how it was really cool that most of the people on stage were congressWOMEN. I would say that crowd of ~100 was 90% black and skewed older On the other hand, Talarico’s event was packed. He had several speakers speak before him to rally up the crowd. The energy was there. When Talarico came on stage, everyone went crazy. Talarico gave his classic stump speak that he’s given at other rallies, but you could tell he was hitting his stride. Talarico’s crowd was more diverse and included a mix and white and Latino people (probably 45% each). I would guess the rest was 5% black and 5% Asian. Talarico didn’t lean into identity, but his message was one of love, and his biggest applause lines were that he was going to win. After the rally concluded, they announced that Talarico would meet anyone and take pictures with anyone that wanted to. The line went out the door. I was in the first half and was able to meet him, but it probably took hours to get through everyone. My conclusion: the late momentum is 100% with Talarico. His campaign is a well oiled machine. There were volunteers with yellow vests everywhere, and they were very aware that the Kalshi odds had them having a last minute surge. My on the ground experience explains why Talarico has jumped 18% from 67% to 85% in the last 24 hours on the Kalshi odds. Momentum means everything in a primary, and let me tell you, James Talarico HAS THE JUICE. I think he wins by double digits

Long Announcement (but there's a discount code at the end, it's worth it🤣) Back in 2016, when my son Aaron (then just 11 years old) invented the numeric damage counters and we decided to put it in production, our mission was clear: make tracking damage in the Pokémon TCG fast, easy, and accurate. By displaying exact values, players could simply add the numbers without second-guessing. This approach proved so effective that Pokémon themselves adopted this system for their Worlds dice at the 2018 Nashville Championships (read: they totally copied us 😆). And the rest is history💪 Now with this new menace Grimmsnarl ex — where damage constantly shifts turn by turn — clear and quick damage tracking has never been more essential. - In the first photo, Munki is at 10 damage and Grimmsnarl ex at 70 — all displayed using just one numeric counter each. And that's the beauty of numeric damage counter, just 1 damage counter 95% of the time takes care of what you need to display - In the video, you’ll see how easy it is to update damage. No need to pick it up and fumbling for the next number — Just identify the next number you need and rotate to it. -Still prefer D6 dice? That’s cool — some players do out of habit. But once damage hits 60+, you'll need two dice to show the total, whereas numeric counters still get it done with one. (If you're sticking with D6, check out our Drilled D6s — hands down the most stunning dice you'll find. Totally unbiased opinion, of course 😆) - Compare our design with the Pokémon ETB counters in the last photo — by design our counters increase in size with the number for quick visual clarity. Plus, since each one is precisely machined from billet aluminum, they stand firm and resist rolling, even when the cards are being moved. Still on the fence? No worries — we’ve got two great reasons to try them: 🔸 Use code marnie18 for 18% off your entire order when you include any damage counter set. 🔸 And enjoy a 30-day, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee. If you don’t love them, just send them back. Clearer play. Cleaner board. Smarter counters. 👉 What are you waiting for?

June 4th, 1994 our lives forever changed. We said, “I do!”. With those two words, we said, yes, to all the highs, the lows, and everything in between. God has blessed us with four absolutely amazing children who are now amazing adults, with their own best friends/significant others (that they’re doing life with), we have three incredible grandsons, and a beautiful granddaughter on the way. We’ve lived where we both grew up (on the East Coast), and have now been out here in San Diego for just over 11 years. We’ve gotten jobs (and lost jobs), we’ve had more times than we can count where we couldn’t make ends meet, even though both you and I were working two, and sometimes three jobs at a time, and we’ve been blessed in ways that we could’ve never dreamed of. We’ve watched both my parents pass on, and are now dealing with the overwhelmingly difficult challenge of seeing your parents struggle with their own health in ways that no one should have to go through. Through it all (even in the midst of the chaos), we’ve been blessed to be by each other‘s sides! I thank God for you every day, Jillian! I love our adventures together (the big ones where we fly to somewhere we’ve never been before, and the little ones where we hop in the car with no agenda, and just drive). I love when we find ourselves in deeper conversation, laughter, and tears of joy then ever expected, and in the moments of silence, where no words are even spoken, but when we’re together, just being where our feet are. As the world (as we know it), keeps getting crazier and crazier, let’s continue to keep Christ in the center of all we do, keep leaning on and lifting each other up when it’s needed, and keep living the lives that we have been so incredibly blessed to live together. I love you with all my heart Jillian. Happy 32nd (heading into our 33rd year), Anniversary.

oh this will sting so much im not ready 😮‍💨 #เสน่หาวาโย *SPOILERS* :') . . . "wayo" "blew" "karel told me you wanted to see me" "yes. i wanted to see you once more. not as princess catherine... just as blew. i'm leaving for thailand" "i know. karel told me about the change in your plans. don't worry—he'll handle everything" "so... this is really how our story ends, like a fairytale with no happy ending?" catherine looked into the eyes of the woman who spoke to her in such quiet, broken voice—full of so much unspoken emotion. and in those eyes, she saw the reflection of her own shaken soul. "i'm sorry, wayo" her voice, heavy with guilt and sorrow, fell softly. she lowered her gaze—unable to look at the pain, the disappointment, the heartbreak in wayo's eyes. and part of her was afraid—afraid that her own sorrow, equally deep, would be seen. that the one who loved her most might refuse to let their story end. but they couldn't go on. there was never a path for the two of them to walk together. even if it was brief, catherine would never forget the memories, the feelings that she had never experienced with anyone else before. even if the love couldn't be. even if they couldn't be. she would carry her love for wayo quietly, within the depths of her own heart... "from now on, i want you to live your life well—even without me. and i'll do the same. i'll live and fulfill my duties the best i can" "so you can really forget everything we had?" "no matter how long, i promise i'll never forget the story and memories of phatpha and wind" "is there any way... we can go back to being wind and phatpha?" "i can't be selfish and pursue my own happiness—not when so many lives have been sacrificed. in madelin, i have so many duties i can't turn my back on. at the very least... think of it this way—when helena, the fake princess, left this world... i died in your heart, too. because phatpha is gone from wind's world... and will never return" at last, the truth wayo had dreaded came to pass. all the time she spent waiting, trying to delay the inevitable, had been in vain. she couldn't hold on to the heart she loved or the hand she once held. "you know... it feels like you just broke up with me, blew" "wayo..." "and this love... it hurts more than anything i've ever known. because i got my heart broken... without even being yours" catherine watched tears spill from wayo's reddened eyes, the pain too much to contain. her heart felt crushed—shattered into fragments just as wayo's heart. if the pieces of their hearts were scattered by the wind across this garden, no one would ever know whose heartbreak hurt more. "i love you. this will be the last time i ever say it—even if you never loved me back. goodbye forever, princess catherine" wayo bowed her head in respect to the noble princess catherine, her farewell words cutting deeper into the wounds of her heart—so deep - it was almost unbearable. but life had to go on. just like now, as she forced her weakened legs to move forward, while the princess walked away, back to her rightful place. the distance between them stretched farther with each step until it was far beyond reach. just like their hearts—never meant to walk side by side...

🔊Church: SECOND MAJOR PROPHETIC SHIFT! On Dec 4, 2025, NSS 2025 declared that the U.S. will pull back from global enforcement and policing. Just days later, on Dec 10, Trump announced that the members of the Gaza “Board of Peace” will be revealed in early 2026. As America steps back, new leaders step forward to fill the vacuum—aligning with the rise of the ten kings / ten regions described in Daniel and Revelation, preparing the stage for the final world system!! WE ARE SEEING PROPHECY COME TO PASS! THE OLD WORLD ORDER IS OVER, AND THE NEW IS FORMING BEFORE OUR EYES! KEEP LOOKING UP—WE’RE A STEP AWAY FROM ETERNITY! JESUS IS COMING! 🗓️In my last post, I explained how National Security Strategy 2025 marks America’s strategic pullback from global enforcement — especially in the Middle East — and why that shift is prophetically significant. NOW LET’S TALK ABOUT WHAT WE ARE SEEING HAPPENING RIGHT NOW — AND WHO IS FILLING THE VACUUM 📰Reuters: “President Donald Trump announced that the members of the newly established Gaza Board of Peace will be named early next year.” He said that numerous global leaders — including kings, presidents, and prime ministers — have expressed interest in joining the board and called it “one of the most legendary boards ever.” 12/10/2025 ☮️President Trump has spoken about the idea of a “Board of Peace” — a small group of powerful leaders tasked with resolving global conflicts through negotiation and shared authority rather than endless wars. This is not a formal institution yet. There is no membership list, and no stated number. It has been described conceptually, not legally. 💡That distinction matters — because Daniel’s prophecy doesn’t wait for a perfect, fully formed system. It begins with the shifts, vacuums, and emerging powers—exactly what we are seeing TODAY. When a dominant superpower steps back, the world does not become leaderless —it shifts and power redistributes. 👑The ten kings of Daniel and Revelation 17:12–13 are part of this end-time system. We won’t suddenly see ten fully coordinated rulers governing a one-world system overnight. Rather, they begin to rise gradually filling the gaps. These transitional periods—shifts in global leadership, alliances forming, and old orders losing control—are the first dominoes tipping over, showing prophecy in motion. 📖“The ten horns are ten kings Who shall arise from this kingdom. And another shall rise after them; He shall be different from the first ones, And shall subdue three kings.” Daniel 📖“The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast.” Rev -13 Biblically, this is exactly what Daniel saw. 📕Daniel 2 and Daniel 7 describe the final world system not as one unified empire, but as a divided structure — iron mixed with clay. Strong nations alongside weak ones. Cooperation without cohesion. Authority shared before it is centralized. 📕Revelation 17 calls this phase ten kings — leaders or regions who receive authority “for a short time” and rule together BEFORE the rise of the final ruler, THE ANTICHRIST! 💡The key point is this: The ten kings appear before the Antichrist is fully revealed. Daniel is explicit. 📖“The ten horns are ten kings who shall arise… and another shall arise after them.” (Daniel ) 💡We see that the Antichrist is not one of the original ten. He is an eleventh ruler who emerges from among them. 👉🏼Daniel 7:8 says this “little horn” comes up among the ten and three of the first horns are plucked out by the roots. Daniel later explains this plainly: “He shall subdue three kings.” This means the final system unfolds in stages: 👉🏼 First, ten kings arise with shared authority; their rule is brief and transitional. 👉🏼 Then, another ruler rises after them. The Antichrist does not appear out of nowhere—he emerges from among them, after they are already in place. 👉🏼 Then, power is consolidated, and the Antichrist’s authority becomes absolute as he removes three kings and takes full control. 📕Revelation 17 confirms the same sequence. The ten kings rule briefly with the beast. Then they give their power and authority to him. 📖"The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast." Rev -13 ☮️The ‘Board of Peace’ is not significant because it is the final world system — it is significant because it is a warning sign: the global power vacuum is being filled, shared authority is rising, and the stage is being set for the Antichrist! ⚔️To the world, a peace council sounds perfectly reasonable — promising stability without war, diplomacy instead of dominance. But Scripture warns that this very figure will lead with deception and in direct opposition to God. 📖“When they say, ‘Peace and safety,’ then sudden destruction comes upon them.” 1 Thes 5:3 👉🏼Peace without Christ is always temporary — and deceptive. Most importantly, this has direct implications for Israel. Israel will not place its trust in a single nation, but in a multinational structure that promises security. The Antichrist will confirm a covenant with many. It will emerge from negotiation, guarantees, and international frameworks, deceiving Israel into agreeing to terms that grant the green light to rebuild the Third Temple — promises they have not yet fully achieved. So when you see: ✅America stepping back ✅Power reorganizing into regions ✅Leaders talking about peace councils ✅Authority being shared 🔊Understand this: These are not random political ideas!!! They are the conditions Scripture said would exist before the final ruler rises. The Board of Peace represents the stage and infrastructure Scripture says must exist before the Antichrist can rise!! 🔊Church: The world is being prepared for the Antichrist — a leader who will promise unity, peace, and safety, and demand allegiance! Jesus warned us about this moment!! STAY AWAKE! WE ARE ENTERING A SEASON WHERE THE TEN KINGS WILL BEGIN TO EMERGE ON THE GLOBAL STAGE! KEEP PRAYING FOR THE LOST, KEEP PREACHING THE GOSPEL, AND KEEP LOOKING UP — THE REAL KING IS COMING BEFORE THE ANTICHRIST IS REVEALED! Maranatha. Come, Lord Jesus, COME!! 🤍

Off again to Tokyo, this is becoming my second home ✈️ On long flights like this, we normally plan great circle routings, the shortest distance between two points on the globe (think of stretching a string across a globe rather than a flat map). But current airspace restrictions mean our routes aren’t quite as direct as we’d like, adding some extra planning challenges (and a little more flying time). Oh and weird routing squiggles. The real fun, though, comes at the other end. Tokyo Haneda’s Runway 22 LDA approach is the showstopper here. An LDA (Localizer Directional Aid) approach is a precision-like procedure that guides you towards a point offset from the runway. In this case, the final track is about 55° off the runway centreline. Why? To keep aircraft over Tokyo Bay as long as possible before turning final, reducing noise pollution for the millions of people who call Tokyo home. It’s a 2D or non-precision instrument approach leading you to a point near the runway, but not aligned with it meaning the final segment is flown visually. The pilots also control the rate of descent (not an electronic glide path). Think of it as Tokyo’s answer to Hong Kong Kai Tak’s legendary checkerboard approach, except here you swap the skyscrapers for water, and the turn onto final is a little less dramatic! And the go-around? That’s the unusual part. Instead of powering straight ahead like most airports, you swing into a 180° turn and head back the way you came, not your everyday missed approach procedure. Tokyo Haneda itself is a gem, one of the busiest airports in the world, located just 15 km from central Tokyo. For passengers it means quick access to the city, and for us pilots it means some of the most interesting flying anywhere in the world. Flying into Tokyo never gets old — it’s challenging, rewarding, and absolutely beautiful on a clear day. 🌅 #A350 #TokyoHaneda #PilotLife #AviationDaily #GreatCircle #AvGeek #FlyingHigh #Airbus #LongHaulPilot #FlightDeckViews #AviationPhotography #AvGeekery #PilotsofInstagram #CockpitViews #Approach #JapanAviation #TravelJapan #HanedaAirport #AirlinePilot

I live in Buncombe County, where Asheville NC is located. I used to live in Asheville city proper, but moved further out, mainly due to crime. The city has fallen off a cliff, everyone knows it. Homeless people are EVERYWHERE, in every park, taking shits on the street, st*bbing people with needles, doing very little jail time. Almost every city park in Asheville is now overun with the homeless. They live there... in tents. Under pavilions. They do drugs and pass out and then scream at people. You cannot take your kids there, it's horrifying. ...and the city council has zero interest in fixing the problems because they have no incentive to do so The last Republican elected to city council in Asheville was in 2009 and there hasn't been another one since. All these people do are protest and posture and demand more in taxes. I was liberal and I was in favor of a lot of the policies, especially around homelessness... I was extremely sympathetic. Honestly? I still am sympathetic. But the solutions being offered are not solutions, they are shoveling money out the door to NGOs that have no incentives WHATSOEVER to fix the problems. All the incentives are align to keep homelessness alive and to make it even worse. Bus loads of homeless people arrive in Asheville for this VERY REASON. It's horrible for tourism, horrible for families... AND YES, it's horrible for the homeless too. It isn't kind to just pretend people can sleep on the streets and everything is ok. A HUGE NUMBER of homeless people were hit by cars last year, so much so that they banned begging for money on some city streets because SO MANY homeless were getting hit with cars. It's terrible. I once said the word, "homeless" here and someone got offended and said, "DO YOU MEAN THE UN-HOUSED?!!!!" So yeah, things are not great. But they will continue to vote for liberals who will keep these policies alive. They tried to defund the police too, they demonized them so severely that 40% of officers just left. Police officers come and talk to me all the time about how frustrated they are that they have to constantly arrest the same people over and over again. One officer said he literally arrests 3 generations of family criminals... IN ONE DAY. It breaks my heart because there are SO MANY good people here. I saw it first-hand after Hurricane Helene, people stepped up in a BIG WAY. The blue-haired libs worked along the red-truck MAGA to actually help people and I'll never forget how beautiful that was. ...but then Trump got elected and everything fell apart It started before Trump, but once he got elected, everyone forgot about helping victims of Helene and the liberals shifted to protesting the VERY SAME MAN WHO WAS HELPING THEIR CITY. It has made me sick to my stomach to watch protest after protest in Asheville... where the same people protesting likely drove over bridges, drove by homes, drove by communities that President Trump helped. It's disgusting and infuriating and makes me so sad.

Been building this little brand for almost three years now with Grant Eastey and Ejay ODonnell. That’s my wife and I packing our first orders in our tiny garage that couldn’t even fit a car. But in the end the garage found its purpose. There’s something special about just going for it. We just wanted to make some hats for dads that we didn’t see out there for ourselves. Everything else was dad bod humor, mowing the lawn, ugly sneakers, etc. Being a dad is so much more than that. Being a dad really isn’t any of that funny stuff. That’s just the weird brand social media has given us. We’re about to cross half a million hats sold soon and still see ourselves in that tiny garage. Just trying things. Seeing what happens and doubling down if it works. The brand has become so much more than we ever imagined. I don’t enjoy the notion of becoming a “DTC brand”, just become a brand. Become a community and movement. You should see the notes we get from customers saying our hat helped them become better parents, our hat helped them keep trying to have children, our hat brought their kids joy when their dad passed away, our hat showed up and changed the life of someone deciding if they wanted to go on. I don’t care about the metrics. Obsession over CAC and ROAS won’t create this. Building something with meaning is so beyond any of the acronyms we see here on a regular basis. At the end of the day it’s all about trying. You just need to try. It’s as simple as that. I used to think there’s so much to risk by trying. At the end of the day it’s usually ego or fear. And two things are true. Ego decisions are solely based on your perception of what you’ll look like to others, which will never matter in the end. The second thing is fear. Fear usually only lives within YOU. Nowhere else. You make it up and decide how to act from it. Greatness is on the other side of fear. There’s no pressure over here. I was born into project buildings in Poland. “Making it” happened long before the brand started. Making it was getting out of Poland and into the US at the age of 7. On our pod yesterday Nate Lagos📈 asked me why I even stay on X when having a successful brand. The answer is simple. I personally want to give away as much free game as possible. I don’t know it all, not even close. But I want to help others break through and get their ideas into motion. Everyone is charging for courses and slack access. I get it, but it’s not how I care to move. There’s plenty to go around for everyone and if I can help then I’d love to. Gate keeping is weird. Pass it on. Help others win. Looking back at my time in that tiny garage I miss it. The excitement of a new idea forming. Hand packing every order and writing notes. Not caring if it works but trying and having fun. Going for it. To this day. 95% of all creative is Canva and iPhone. Free Shopify theme. I run all marketing. No employees. Great partners. It’s beautiful. One more time. JUST GO FOR IT.

**Blood for food... Gaza groans, and the world is asleep** In Gaza, aid is not distributed... rather, death traps are set! In Gaza, bread arrives only mixed with gunpowder, and a bag of flour arrives only laden with the blood of a martyr. Those who go to the distribution point don't go to eat, they go to fight... to risk their lives for a morsel of food. Some return with booty, others return without limbs... or never return at all. Gentlemen, this isn't aid... it's disguised humiliation. It's not "humanitarian aid," but rather humanitarian ambushes, where the weak are liquidated and dignity is killed before the eyes of the world. Hundreds of martyrs, thousands of wounded, and an army of disabled and amputees, all paid for the flour, not with money, but with blood! Do you know where the aid is sold? On the black market, in the hands of those who betray, monopolize, and starve, while those who deserve it cannot reach it.. Whoever reaches it is a fedayeen, risking their lives as if they were in battle, for a bag of rice... for a can of sardines... for a handful of life! We thought the "oil for food" deal in Iraq was the cruelest thing the Arabs had ever seen... But in Gaza, we see "blood for food"! A deal devoid of morals, justice, and honor. And what about the regimes and governments? Silent regimes... mouthpieces that justify... and an international community of paper! Gaza doesn't need bags of rice sold in the market. Gaza needs dignity. It needs a decision. It needs someone to break the siege, not someone to justify it. Gaza doesn't beg, it fights. Gaza isn't just starving... it's dying every moment due to the silence of the nation and the betrayal of the world. O people, either support Gaza as befits free people, or remain silent and don't trade in its blood. Whoever cannot carry flour to the hungry, let him at least raise his voice... **And let him acknowledge that blood is being paid for food today.** And all those who remain silent are partners in crime.** The video below shows the risks involved when going to collect aid. We literally have two choices: either die of hunger, or go there to collect some aid and we will also die. What do you think is the best way to die? We have been given several options for death, and we must choose one.. If we don't want to die here or there, we have to endure the black market that is absolutely merciless. The prices are more than ridiculous. The prices have doubled to 20, 30, and sometimes to 50 times. Therefore, no matter how much support I get, I cannot keep up with the black market. Because what I used to buy for $100, I need at least $2,000 now.. I appreciate and am very grateful to everyone who supported me to get through this.. Your support helps a lot. Instead of going constantly.. I go once a month to that hell I hope I never have to go there again. Please keep me in your prayers and support. This is your friend Mo, and I want to remind you that I have a shelter from which 25 cats have survived, and I care for them with all my heart. I also have a family to care for. We are all very grateful for your presence in our lives.

ECLAMPSIA: ONE OF THE MOST DREADED IN PREGNANCY AND LABOUR. DO NOT WAIT TO HAVE SEIZURES AT HOME BEFORE YOU TREAT THAT RAISED BLOOD PRESSURE IN PREGNANCY Walk with me... Will you? ...Long read. When Danger Whispers Before It Screams: Eclampsia, and the Women We Are Still Losing Dear Women and Men, My dearies, no pregnant woman should convulse before we care, and this is not poetry, this is policy, this is science, this is humanity. When I watched that video, a woman convulsing in pregnancy, I felt my heart splinter, just a little, because I have stood in that room before, and I have fought that fight, and I have watched a shaking body argue with death. It is never sudden. It only looks sudden to those who arrive at the last sentence without reading the earlier chapters. That lifeless stare, that chaos of limbs, that trembling cry, it is the final paragraph of a story that could have been rewritten much earlier, and much more gently. We call it eclampsia, a name that sounds almost elegant, and yet it is one of pregnancy’s most ruthless murderers. It is what happens when blood pressure rises and rises, and then decides it wants more, more damage, more danger, more destruction. The brain rebels, the liver strains, the kidneys falter, and the woman, the woman who is carrying life, begins to lose herself. Sometimes it announces itself with blurred vision, and sometimes with swelling feet we excuse, and sometimes with a headache that drums and drums and refuses to be ignored. And then, suddenly, the body convulses, and the room fills with panic, and everyone asks, How did this happen? But before eclampsia, there is pre-eclampsia, and it is quiet, and deceptive, and almost polite. It comes with numbers slightly raised, with symptoms easily dismissed, with discomfort we normalize because women are taught to endure. We say, It’s stress, and It’s pregnancy, and It will pass. And we forget that danger rarely knocks loudly; it prefers to whisper first. And so we miss it. And then we mourn it. This is why antenatal care is not ceremony, not routine, not something to be postponed. It is a rescue mission. When a blood pressure cuff tightens around your arm, and when urine is tested for protein, it is not box-ticking, it is listening. It is watching. It is standing between a whisper and a scream. It is the difference between prevention and tragedy. So, my dear women, do not wait for your body to convulse before you seek help. Do not cradle pain in silence, and do not let culture, or fear, or false reassurance convince you that everything will be fine. Sometimes it will not unless we act, and unless we care, and unless we pay attention. Because truly, no pregnant woman should die. Not in a world that has magnesium sulphate to still the storm. Not when blood pressure can be controlled and babies can be delivered safely. Not when knowledge exists, and care can save both mother and child. And so, when next you see that video, do not scroll past, and do not sigh and move on. Let it interrupt you. Let it remind you to check a blood pressure, to attend that appointment, to insist on care. Let it remind you that antenatal care is not only about the baby, it is about the woman carrying life itself. Because eclampsia is not destiny, and it is not punishment, and it is not inevitable. It is preventable. And no pregnant woman should convulse before we care.

Ray had been trying to act casual at the vet’s front desk, filling out one last form while Milo pressed his body against his jeans like he didn’t want even an inch of space between them. They had only been together for three weeks, but the dog already followed him from room to room, waited outside the bathroom door, and slept with one paw touching the side of Ray’s bed. The rescue had told Ray that Milo was sweet, but scared of being left behind. His last family hadn’t been cruel. They just couldn’t keep him after a move, and the handoff had happened in a place that smelled a lot like this one. Bright lights. Hard floors. A counter. Paperwork. People talking over his head while his whole world changed without warning. Milo had done fine in the exam room at first. He let the vet check his ears, stood still for the scale, and only tucked his tail when someone closed a door too loudly down the hall. Ray kept one hand near his collar the whole time, telling him he was doing good, and for a while that seemed to be enough. Then they walked back to the front desk. Ray reached for his wallet. The receptionist asked a question about follow-up care. A jar of dog treats sat on the counter, and someone’s printer started humming behind the desk. Milo looked around, saw Ray facing away from him, and something in him changed. He sat down behind Ray’s leg and wrapped both front paws around it. Ray felt the weight first. Then he heard the small whine, so quiet it almost got lost under the clinic noise. When he looked down, Milo was staring up at him with those worried eyes, holding on like the floor might open if he let go. For a second, Ray didn’t say anything. Then he put his hand on Milo’s head and rubbed him gently, right there in the middle of the lobby. The dog leaned harder into his leg, still holding on, still not sure what was happening. Ray turned a little toward the person filming and smiled, but his eyes had already softened. “I sure do love this boy,” he said. Milo didn’t understand vet bills or follow-up appointments. He didn’t know they were only there for a checkup, or that Ray had already bought his food, washed his blanket, and made room for him at home. All he knew was that they were standing at another counter, and counters had taken people away before. This time, the hand on his head stayed. Ray kept petting him until Milo’s breathing slowed, then looked back down at him and gave the smallest shake of his head, the kind people do when something gets them more than they expected. That dog wasn’t trying to be cute. He was asking, in the only way he knew how, not to be left behind again.

🚨 The last 24 hours didn’t change the war in Iran. They clarified where it’s heading. *⃣ Israel struck inside Tehran again, with the IDF confirming a wide wave targeting regime infrastructure in the capital. Open-source reporting points to repeated explosions in western Tehran’s Chitgar area, including sites linked to IRGC aerospace activity, with indications of deeper penetration into command and operational systems. *⃣ Iran launched multiple coordinated barrages into central Israel, triggering nationwide alerts across Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and the coastal plain. A ballistic missile struck a residential area, while cluster munitions and interception debris caused localized damage and light injuries across multiple locations. *⃣ The U.S. paused energy-site strikes while preparing escalation options, extending the timeline for targeting Iran’s energy infrastructure while weighing deployment of up to 10,000 additional troops and potential expanded operations. Over the last 24 hours, the battlefield didn’t shift in a dramatic new direction. But the trajectory became clearer. Inside Iran, the campaign is now visibly centered on Tehran itself, not just peripheral military sites. Repeated strikes in western districts and areas associated with IRGC aerospace infrastructure point to a focused effort to degrade missile and operational command capabilities. Additional reporting suggests targeted eliminations remain part of the campaign, though confirmation remains mixed. On the Israeli side, Iran demonstrated it can still impose disruption at scale. The latest attacks included multiple waves in a single day, with at least one confirmed impact in a residential area and additional injuries caused by shrapnel and cluster dispersal. The operational effect is less about mass casualties and more about sustained pressure on Israel’s civilian core. The diplomatic picture also became clearer, not because of progress, but because of contradiction. Washington has paused strikes on Iran’s energy infrastructure for 10 days while pushing for a deal, even as Tehran denies requesting the pause and rejects key elements of the U.S. position. At the same time, Iran appears to be selectively modulating pressure in the Strait of Hormuz, allowing limited passage in what U.S. officials have framed as a gesture, even as broader threats to Gulf energy infrastructure remain in place. At the same time, the U.S. is preparing for the opposite outcome. Planning continues for additional troop deployments and potential escalation scenarios, including operations targeting Kharg Island, the terminal responsible for the majority of Iran’s oil exports. Control of that node would directly threaten the regime’s primary revenue stream, but would also carry significant risk of wider regional retaliation. Israel, for its part, appears to be acting on the assumption that its window is limited. Reporting indicates directives to accelerate strikes against Iran’s military-industrial base, including missile and drone production, before any diplomatic outcome can constrain operations. Put together, the signal is this: ➡️The war is not expanding dramatically right now. It is tightening. ➡️Israel is pushing deeper into the infrastructure that sustains Iran’s military capability, now centered on Tehran. ➡️Iran is relying on intermittent but still disruptive strikes that continue to reach Israel’s population centers. And the United States is positioning between negotiation and escalation at the same time, preparing options that could decisively shift the war if chosen. ➡️The gap between what Washington says is happening and what Tehran is willing to accept is now as important as the fighting itself. **Special thanks to Michael W for his continued contribution to the open-source intel picture behind these updates. President Trump is cooking the Islamic regime from the inside, deepening the fractures by pressing it from outside. Those who don’t know the regime don’t know where to look for the cracks, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t there. Since Trump reposted Foreign Minister Araghchi’s post, I’ve been waiting for exactly these: + In Mashhad, regime hardliners, Khamenei’s loyal ‘orcs’, gathered in front of the Foreign Ministry chanting “Death to the infiltrator Araghchi!”, “Death to the dishonorable traitor!”, and openly calling for his execution. + Regime’s hardliner’s chat groups are flooded with calls for more protests nationwide. + In reaction, Police Chief Radan has already warned that anyone demonstrating against “national unity” and the deal will be crushed. Now you see why Radan is still alive? Here is what you need to know: In his final years, Khamenei had become extremely paranoid. He had built the IRGC to protect the regime, yet he feared it more than anything. So he deliberately fragmented power inside the IRGC so no single person or faction could concentrate money and control. He played different “gangs” against each other, constantly managing their rivalries. At the same time, he bred a special layer of extremely brutal, loyal orcs recruited from the poor, marginalized, and mentally unstable underclass, people loyal only to him personally. These were his ultimate tool to keep the rest in check. Now that he is gone, the power vacuum has triggered open war. These orcs answer to no one else. A cartel inside the regime had already surrounded Khamenei, eliminated serious rivals (the 2024 helicopter crash that killed Raisi, his only real successor, and the hardline Foreign Minister Abdollahian), and effectively sold him out to the US. Khamenei’s orcs are not stupid. They can clearly see what happened, which is why they call Araghchi exactly what he is: an infiltrator and traitor. They know they are being sold out. After the ceasefire they needed time to reorganize. Trump is now pressuring them to sort it out. The bloody “pigs’ war” for the top seat and the billions in oil money, smuggling, and sanctions-busting is approaching. And it will hopefully mean they eliminate and weaken each other without a single American or Israeli soldier being put at risk, and without Iranian protesters having to bleed in the streets. It’s slow, but it works. Trump said it again: he wants Americans to go inside Iran to take the uranium. If that happens in non-war conditions, it’s game over for the regime. They won’t be able to suppress the population with Americans watching, and arming Iranians becomes far easier, no need for treacherous middlemen like the Kurds anymore. Let Trump cook. Hopefully these terrorists finish each other off. P.S. The hardliner women are wearing kafan on top of their Chador, the white burial shrouds Muslims use to wrap corpses before burial. By wearing it themselves, they signal they are ready for martyrdom and death in defense of the regime.
