One minute. Somewhat poetic justice.

One minute is forever known in our household as a Steve McMahon

@colinhiggins_ Each time I see the replay, I think Micky T is going to get tackled and lost the ball.

What a day , and the weekend was decent aswell

Two weeks before I turned 18 mate. That weekend and that entire summer was the best time of my life.

@LordFingers You and I could talk 82 World Cup for a good few hours. Same school year 👍

@LordFingers My favourite World Cup 😂

@plumbmark2 Ingrained in my soul this game

Fantastic times. When you scored - you scored - and it was time to go mental. Nobody scrutinising it on VAR.

I was lucky enough to be sat behind that goal in the Anfield Road. My best night ever supporting Arsenal.

The only time in my life I've properly cheered for another team.

Bosh 👊💥 How's that for poetic justice 🤣

Shame this team never got to test themselves in Europe. All because of Liverpool’s fans stupidity.

Oh shut up, Pleat

@simon_mclees Goosebumps every time

@EricNjiiru has never Tweeted we won the title at The Emirates/Highbury

@RIPms58 Always hear my dad’s stories about this day. Wish I was alive to witness this

And it was a Friday evening on national television. The nation couldn’t avoid it!

Barnes was at fault , he chose to cross instead of going into the corner.

If John Barnes just goes to the corner; Arsenal’s legendary history; Nick Hornby’s book-subsequent movie and obviously the title all go away…incredible #NorthLondonForever 🎶🎶

That touch and pass from Smith 👍

The greatest end to any season in any league in history. Second place doesn’t even come close. They should be teaching this in history lessons!

That's the I'd started my Pension Schemes.

What a night

Best game ever

Man I miss English football when it was like this!!

What a night that was.

And the beauty was . NO VAR you could celebrate goals and victory! What a way to win it what a place to win it ! And what a great team that won it

Barnes could have held onto the ball. Who knows? Glad he didn't

Like this year, they had a big lead, and then went behind at the end. It doesn't get any better than that win, will never forget the joy till the day I die

Seems like only yesterday! What a night COYG

That McMahon clip is up there with the Lothar Mattheus scenes in the Nou Camp in 99. When McMahon was doing that performative ‘’one minute’’ four act play there wasn’t a single part of him that thought Arsenal might score, he thought it was done😂
