I've seen a lot of people doing quarter reps on leg press. The minimum depth you should achieve is that on the left frame. Want max gains? Try going as deep as on the right frame. And then you'll see the plates 'coming off' one by one 😆

Ingrid corner vortex! St Lp flip out is +21 and overhead is 21 frame start up so you cannot press and have to guess. You can go low and even grab for full combos. This is the concept and I will optimize it more! #SF6_Ingrid
