Yeh they are set to make ~10m from Vic. If they form a coalition they will still make ~10m + admin allowance and form Gov. So theres no real financial incentive to form Gov. If they did form Gov they have to demonstrate they can run a Gov. Since they have no experience its too much of a risk as it may affect their voting base for Nsw and Fed elections.
