Great idea! I been using a laser a lot lately. Nothing beats a chalk line if you can actually get it straight. That's a sheet rock gun but maybe you can get screws for outdoors.

Put chalk in your string line is super duper cool trick. I run it dry until I decide to tie it from a rafter and see if it will hold my weight and get another job on the other side.
