He had asked her to light a lamp every day when he was in prison and wait for him under the tree. He is not sure if she is still waiting for him. He says if she is not there that means she has already married and he would bless her and move on. But when he goes there he finds she still waits for him. And the entire area lights up with all the lamps. Balu Mahendra always come up with these climaxes that leave you emotionally overwhelmed. An excellent movie to be watched.
