The Left's bigotry is everywhere. I deal with it every day. They call you names, from Hitler to Nazi to racist to Trump-loving cult member, they hate you. They don't even realize they are the bigot bullies they say you are.

It not only happens more on the left, it happens almost exclusively on the left.

It is an interesting point, I can say anecdotally that so many of my college educated friends would rather unfollow/cancel/shun rather than engage in any dialogue...it's fascinating to me.
