One thing that caught my eye about #LSU QB commit Peyton Houston at the 7v7 camp this weekend was his physical development. He seemed to have put on some muscle mass. I went back and checked the tape. Peyton Houston June 2025 (first pic) vs June 2026 (last three pics).

Back in 2025, Giannis hung out with some media and Heat staffers after the Bucks/Heat post game interviews in the away Locker Room to watch the rest of the Duke-Houston Final Four matchup. He missed the first team bus and then the second one to watch it. He was the last Bucks player in the Locker Room. The rest of the team? Well…..it was a Saturday night in Miami. Giannis really loves basketball. Now that he’s on the Heat, he’s in the perfect situation. This was one of my favorite moments covering the Heat over the past few seasons. I posted this on my IG last year. (Second image is a screen shot from a video)

Norris reveals what he was thinking during the last two laps in Abu Dhabi: "I just started thinking of my first day in a go-kart. I was on this kind of mini tennis court, and we put some slicks on the go-kart, and I was just doing some doughnuts and just having some fun" "And slowly around the lap, I kind of pictured the years that followed: stepping up into the proper racing to going on to race in Europe, the World Championships 2014, Formula 4, Ginetta, New Zealand, Jerez, F3, F2 " "And that's how my last two laps pretty much went, until we go under the hotel. All of a sudden, I pictured my mum in the garage. That was the first time, the first moment the whole year, I just about started to realise what was happening, what was about to happen" "And all I did was picture the garage. So last night at the movies, I got a notification that my right tire pressure was low, almost flat. I feared that someone had slashed it, but after the movie was done, went outside to check. We found a nail in the tire immediately and I was so happy that I used my referral credits just last week to purchase a tire air compressor in the Tesla shop. I had credits that were going to expire and I figured while I might as well get some safety related things to put in my car since I’m having a baby soon and immediately had a use for it!! This thing works amazingly. I just thought that the timing was so serendipitous and wanted to share. Someone on X recommended I get one for my trunk and so thank you, great product!

For ten years I ripped around in that bad boy. I wasn’t what one would call “car savvy” and so it was about three years in, during my drive to a session one day that I finally tried the button for the sun roof. I was on the phone w my dad at the time, middle of the highway and started screaming…”oh my gawd I have a convertible!” That story lives on as one of my family’s fav “oh Carly” moments. Anyways, thanks to Fiatusa for all the support over the years. And for that hot little convertible x

Don't really grind the tape much at 2-10, but was talking to Isaiah Hodgins about how he was like prime Karl Malone with the effective (and legal) picks he was setting last week. The first one, Theo Johnson is the first read and he's open enough, but my goodness if Jameis saw Hodgins on the "roll"... The second one, that's a really savvy, subtle pick that opened up Wan'Dale for what should have been a huge play in OT. These are winning plays that don't show up in the box score. The Giants need more of things like this (and then obviously better execution)

I went to both Jasmine Crockett’s and James Talarico’s final election Eve rallies. These events could not have been more different. My experiences at both made me convinced of who was going to win tomorrow. Crockett’s event was a “Community Conversation with Congresswomen Crockett, Pressley & Grijalva” at New Faith Church. About ~100 people attended. Talarico’s event was a “Take Back Texas Tour: Rally in Houston.” About ~1,000 people attended. Crockett’s event started nearly an hour later. The pews were half full, and the energy just wasn’t there. I don’t think Crockett’s event was designed to be energetic, but it just wasn’t inspiring. The speakers and the crowd were older, and at one point, one older speaker said “Tomorrow, use Google and Social Media to get your friends to go out and vote.” What does that even mean? Some members of the media left before the event was even over. Crockett’s message was constantly negative against Republicans. There was a lot of focus on identity, too. On how it was really cool that most of the people on stage were congressWOMEN. I would say that crowd of ~100 was 90% black and skewed older On the other hand, Talarico’s event was packed. He had several speakers speak before him to rally up the crowd. The energy was there. When Talarico came on stage, everyone went crazy. Talarico gave his classic stump speak that he’s given at other rallies, but you could tell he was hitting his stride. Talarico’s crowd was more diverse and included a mix and white and Latino people (probably 45% each). I would guess the rest was 5% black and 5% Asian. Talarico didn’t lean into identity, but his message was one of love, and his biggest applause lines were that he was going to win. After the rally concluded, they announced that Talarico would meet anyone and take pictures with anyone that wanted to. The line went out the door. I was in the first half and was able to meet him, but it probably took hours to get through everyone. My conclusion: the late momentum is 100% with Talarico. His campaign is a well oiled machine. There were volunteers with yellow vests everywhere, and they were very aware that the Kalshi odds had them having a last minute surge. My on the ground experience explains why Talarico has jumped 18% from 67% to 85% in the last 24 hours on the Kalshi odds. Momentum means everything in a primary, and let me tell you, James Talarico HAS THE JUICE. I think he wins by double digits

This was the day before my Mum Louise was declared in such pain and discomfort that she needed to be put on a ventilator and EOL life care started although of which was never discussed with me first. It was the beginning of June 2020 when her hospital shockingly started Mum on the midazolam & morphine cocktail NG163 but it wasn’t until her last day the 8th June that I discovered a driver attached to her arm and the horrors were finally related to me. Sadly I never discovered the full story until the start of this year when I finally received mums medical records, roughly 480 pages of them and such was the depth of evil carried out in a “care” setting that I started legal proceedings to try and save other family’s going through what I and so many others have also had to go through. Our family’s should’ve been safe…

I used to own a company that went bankrupt a year ago. At the time, it felt like everything was collapsing because of a series of wrong decisions—decisions that, looking back now, turned out to be blessings in disguise. During that time, I was hustling every single day just to cover rent and put food on the table. In the middle of all that chaos, I was learning how to trade. Deep down, I already knew I wanted to trade more than I wanted to save the company… but I still gave everything I had trying to keep it alive. After multiple deposits and plenty of setbacks, I finally became profitable on my last one (January 2025). At one point I was down to 0.28 SOL. I even wrote down: “I will turn 0.28 into 100.” That was my first real goal—about 25K at the time. I’ve never been the type to post PnLs, but I took a lot of inspiration and motivation from others. Might as well share my journey too. (And engagement farm) I genuinely believe everything happens for a reason—and God wouldn’t place a dream in your mind if you weren’t meant to achieve it. Eternally grateful to be able to have days like this.

Last year, almost to the day, Kayla Nicole went on Angel Reese podcast and talked about getting dumped by an NBA player and dressing up as the girl she got dumped for for Halloween. That was Teyana Taylor that she was shading. A week ago, Taylor Swift went on Jimmy Fallon and said the last movie she watched was the one starring the one and only, Teyana Taylor lol. We don't know the specifics regarding Kris Boyd being shot. Boyd currently plays for the Jets; formerly played for the Houston Texans. Huge football fan here. Certainly praying Boyd survives and can go back to playing football at some point. Boyd was shot in the abdomen at 2 AM in the Garment District in New York. They call it the witching hour, and nothing good happens in the witching hour. I posted this video about Boyd last year right after it happened. My take was that no player should ever disrespect a coach. Of course holding off any opinion on this shooting until the facts come out, but I have to say, this situation came to mind. #KrisBoyd #Jets #Texans

A VERY LONG COMMUTE UPDATE Spent late last night at the Millbrae City Council meeting and spotted Police Chief Eamonn Allen in the back of the room. I wanted to find out what the city was doing about my report that Allen lives in Idaho and sleeps in the police station. Raises all sorts of issues. I wanted to take another shot at questioning Allen and had to be quick on my feet. He left the meeting right after public comment, and an officer who was with him tried to block my way. I caught Allen as he walked into the police station and asked, "Eamonn, have you found a place to stay besides the police station?" Watch below. The issue caused tensions to rise at the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors last night. I'll have the latest on the news at 5 and 6 tonight, and online after.

hi! i just looked through the english subs on the team txt video and there are two subs in particular that i wanted to add a little more context to 1. yeonjun talking about how his most painful moment was when he couldn’t be there in person when they won their first rookie of the year award the subtitles say “my back was injured” but yeonjun actually said he “ruptured his spinal disc” the reason i think this is important is because when the notice first came out in 2019, it said “sudden back pain” and yeonjun also said it was because he had back pain and to find out all these years later that it wasn’t actually ordinary back pain but because his spinal disc ruptured is…🥹 2. the subtitle says “i think this is the most special experience i could ever have in my life” but soobin actually said “even if i live several lives, i think that this is a special experience that i can only have in this lifetime.”
