One thing that goes unnoticed is that Varrick's cell is so good-looking it looks like it's Team Avatar that's in jail.

Varrick is to me the one character in TLOK that captures the same charm as those in ATLA. I love him so much.
My goats of the series.
@RavenStarMedia Bolin sneak 😭😭😭
@RavenStarMedia HE'S AN ADORABLE LIL CINAMMON ROLL. YOU STAY AWAY FROM HIM.
I dont care what you think of Korra, Varrick was one of the best parts
I think most of Book 2 was good, it's just the ending that sucked.
@AvianAnimator The nuktuk bits and the love triangle were terrible as well
@AvianAnimator Keyword being most. Nah, the Nuktuk stuff was great cause I get to see more of Varrick.
I really like how we barely actually get a close up of Varrick’s face from korra and co’s pov, with him actually behind the bars 😭
The show absolutely refuses to deny Varrick rizz even on his first day of jail 😭
You fellas, I also cosplay as characters from Avatar! If you all wanna keep up with my cosplay work I am @/thenerdwithasuit on Instagram!
Best character in all of avatar lmao
These two shall go toe to toe and only one will survive and bring home that title.
How zhu li fell in love with him I really don’t know
Hey maybe a chaotic fucking mess but he's HER chaotic fucking mess.
I love the "loyal to the end"-assistant trope so much.
"Team Avatar" that is Aang's. "Team Korra" suit them better.
I'll be honest, I'm gonna be a rebel, the Avatar is at the same time one life that keeps going and also seperate lives that continues that unified life as Roku says to Jeong Jeong. So to me, every friend group for every Avatar is Team Avatar.
Tweet doing numbers so here's a very long essay I made about She-Ra and why I think it's awesome and you should see it. Like, subscribe, share it, give it some love!
I think it’s a reference to Al Capone’s prison cell(albeit highly exaggerated)
Lets also remember the part where Varrick made a better story in the flashback episode
It’s hilarious in how true it is. Remember the Wolf on Wall Street’s ending? Even the rich experience “punishment” differently to the rest of us
He is like the Batman of Team Avatar. Got a contingency for everything
I didn't love korra's show, but varrick was by far the best thing to come out of the series. He steals every scene he's in and his wedding was both charming and emotional
I can't unsee it 😅
Varrick was honestly the only thing that kept me watching Korra. I love that guy
love varrick he always gave me the same chaotic neutral vibes like hondo from clone wars
Varrick does not get enough love. Also its a rare example of a Indigenous character thats this charismatic capitalist. Its so damn fun
Varrick is like the Tony Stark of Lok
I didn't care for Spirits that much, thought it was the weakest of the four, but Varrick was easily the best part
Man LoK is so lame. Remember the clever prison framing in The Avatar and the Firelord? Good times.
Boyo, with a timeline like that I don't think Avatar is a franchise for you anyway.
The original Avatar series was practically made for me. I was the perfect age when it released... Though ironically I never watched it until I was an adult and it came out on netflix. Thanks for the light stalking though. It's always flattering.
He builds the jail and has 1 room just reserved for him if he ever goes to jail
No that last one was pretty good
Book 2 sucks but Varrick was definitely the best of it. Varrick, Tenzin and Lin my goats of Korra
Varrick, funniest man I know
Man varricks such a lovable asshole
Hay gente que dice que Bolin era un intento de Sokka. Yo creo que el verdadero "sucesor" fue Varrick
Say what you will but all the flaws are made up for by Varric's existence in my eyes.
"It had no plan, the narrative at points was a mess, Nickelodeon treated it like crap, and it couldn't go two episodes without doing crazy things. Still, there goes one of of the best damn sequels nerd culture ever saw."
As much as I shit on Korra, Varrick and Tenzin will never be sullied by my mouth
"unnoticed" and they literally open by cutting to a wide shot of it and lingering for a while so everyone has time to spot the visual gag
And the fact that he knew he'd be in there some day just adds to it.
VARRICK MENTIONED I LOVE VARRICK!!!!!!!
Dude armed a civil war. I’d have put him in a regular cell. Varrick really got on my nerves, if you couldn’t tell.
Varrick was my favorite character of this show 😂
![Rick Rubin on being addicted to the miracle of creation: “I like the moment of revelation. So we're working on something and it's just okay. It's boring. I'd rather not be there. That's how it feels. But then something happens and it's like magic. Something appears. It's not like we made it. Something comes up in the process. It's conjured in the process. It’s like a miracle and that's the thing that's addictive. That feeling when it's like it's not good, it's not good, it's not good, it's not good. We try something and it doesn't work. Try something else and it doesn't work. But then all of the sudden what we're listening to is really cool. That's the [addictive] feeling, that moment of discovery where it goes from nothing to something really good. And then the whole rest of the process after that is protecting that because it's super delicate. When it happens it's like this miracle happened and this magic thing happened and now we have to protect it through the rest of the process to not ruin it. It's scary because you don't want it to end. You don't want it to stop because we know if it stops, we can't control it. We can't do it again. It's not like that. It's this moment in time where something magical happens. So we spend a lot of time waiting and I can't say that's fun. Waiting is not fun.”](https://image.24vids.com/tw-2058962078556438757/amplify_video_thumb/2058961845969674240/img/E5SLMlKN3vXVvO-U.jpg)
