One year ago... 🥲 #BlueJays

When he’s locked in and doing that head nodding thing after pitches….look out Did not see that a lot this past season…

How easy people forget who this man is! One bad season doesn't defy a player of his caliber

I truly believe the way they lost that world series...mentally fried these dudes for this season. Hoping for a full reset and bounce back season in 2027

I have never witnessed a greater sports moment live in my life

Just looked more loose up there, and keep in mind this was his just the beginning of his insane run. Spent the whole month of September struggling before this. Gotta find that feeling again somehow

I remember watching this at bat and saying to my brother, "he's going to hit it out". He was just so comfortable up at the plate and like he knew he couldn't miss. I hope we see this guy again next year.

What a time

Look how confident Vladdy is in the box. Didn't see that for one at bat this year.

the head nod after every pitch was his whole aura and last season it just vanished. idc what anyone says one bad year doesnt erase that version of him

So sad how he's torched his reputation since.

What happened to that confident Vladdy? This past season he couldn’t hit water if he fell out of a boat. Doesn’t make any sense.

He was on a generational run last year thats their title

How the mighty have fallen 😩

It’s crazy he lost his launch angle. Not many hit the ball as hard as him but his launch angle is brutal. If he can just find a way to elevate the ball more he’d be back to being a stud.

That was so much fun last year. Hopefully, Vladdy bounces back in 2027.

I don't think he saw the ball that well in a single at bat in 2026.

Unbeleivable he went from that this in a year!

$500 M for that

Crazy how much this fooled me. Clearly Vlad has other priorities

A team of scientists working round the clock could not figure out how Vladddy went from that level of confidence to what we seen this year

The good ole days!

He could identify the pitches This yr it was like he needed new eye glasses

Chills.

It was like the Jays were playing The Show on Rookie mode.

Amazing

Chills.

Life comes at you fast if you're a Blue Jays fan

Shoulda had red in his eyes, or at least treat every game this season as if hes facing the yankees (like this) given the results of last season. Hope he returns to form next season (Was batting coach really that good?)

Omg I forgot how a Vladdy HR looks like 😭

Still gives me ALL the feels.
