as awful as the initial trailer was, I was still very excited to see an animated Transformers movie in the modern era. I couldn’t have ever predicted just how good this movie turned out to be. I will forever love this movie and I hope one day we get a continuation.

Yeah, the first trailer was definitely some dumb kiddy shit, very misrepresentative of the cinematic masterpiece it was supposed to advertise properly. ... The SECOND trailer, on the other hand? That was fucking peak. They really should have started with that one instead.
