I think it's an effective way to reduce mental strain; by only focusing on myself. it's also effective in regulating my emotions if someone who is quite emotional wakes up in the morning to scroll through their wechat moments, they might have lots of thoughts going through their head I'm not sure about other INTJs but that's how I am. I don't actually like to post about my life but as for my social media platforms, as a celebrity, I need to share with my fans or people who love me. I just hope everyone will become better so if they see that I'm becoming better too, it's actually something that I still like"
