Cops need more training and range time. 1.) If the cop first shot the perp in the big toe, he would have stopped advancing. 2.) If the cop would have popped the perp in directly in the forehead, the bullet would have just bounced off, and likely knocked the perp out cold. 3.) The cop could have called for an Obama Community Organizer and talked it out, just like Barry said would work. I'm just so disappointed. 😩
