@cutecattoX Cats are extremely reliant on routine. I had one which would fetch me every night at 22:00 sharp, no matter what I was doing, "get to bed I want to sleep meow!"

@cutecattoX My orange is the same. 10 PM or 2200 here :) Then when in bed, wants to cuddle in my right arm. Every single night.

I had a cat that would get impatient to go to bed like this as well. She also figured out a way to get me to open the door to the house and let her outside without EVER waking me up in the morning!!! I couldn't figure out how she was getting outside as I lived alone at the time. I'd wake up and she would be nowhere to be found. She'd come back around noon to check in and zonk out on the patio furniture for the afternoon. I locked my house every night. There was no other way she could have got outside but every morning she was out and I NEVER remembered waking up to let her out!!! I must have slept walked to the door to let her out and then went back to bed. ( I had a sliding door in my bedroom) I should have set up a camera to see but I never did.

@cutecattoX My big orange guy does similar, he tells me when it is bed time. He also wakes me up at my normal time by cuddling up and purring. Gets really bent out of shape when I break schedule, particularly when I do fire call-outs as I come home smelling funny.

@cutecattoX I had one that did this towards the end of his life. After breakfast he would meow until I would lay on the couch with him. He wanted us to hold him when he slept. 💔

@cutecattoX We had a Manx that would do this. Then she'd run to the bed and yeooooowl until we gave up. She'd wait for us to settle then leave and prowl the house all night. Hot rodding and growling. If you've ever had a Manx you know what I mean. Lizzie was a special cat.

@cutecattoX when I was little we had a cat named coolio that if everyone wasn't in bed at 10pm sharp he'd start running up and down the hallway screaming because damnit it was sleepy time and cuddle time lol

@cutecattoX my cat will go out of her way to get negative attention if I do not go to bed when she believes I should, she will fish for things on my desk to throw to the ground until I lay down and allow her to sleep between my legs.
