It will. Hardly anyone lives in them either. They're bought as investments. As long as the price keeps going up, it's more effort to rent them out than leave them vacant. The bubble will pop and they'll move on. That's why they came up here when London got saturated.

That's what I've heard. I work on the edge of town and you don't see many lights on in the mornings. Not nobody living in them, obviously, but apparently loads vacant and just change hands between investors.
