He’s got too many swing thoughts for a younger dude. I feel bad for him. Just let it rip young fella!

I feel very sorry for Charley Woods in terms of his golfing career. I appreciate he doesn’t really have to worry financially whether he’s a success or not, but I admire him trying to make his way in the sport on his own merits with the obvious spotlight on him.

He’s a slightly above average golfer but people seem to think he’s Tiger 2.0. He’s not even 0.01% of Tiger.

The kid has had a massive growth spurt! Not a big deal. His brain hasn't adjusted yet. He'll be fine.

Ehh, looks like he’s try to get club steeper going back, at the top and coming down….and maybe he’s right….but looks like he’s spinning out, hips clearing too soon, needs to slow down the transition and get some down/left/lateral compression in the transition allowing hands/arms to drop some and not work out too much towards the ball. Would need a face on to confirm.

My son was a 1 at 15 years old, grew 12 inches over the winter and looked like he never golfed when the season started in the spring. Just have to adjust to the added height.. it isn’t instant.

why is a pre-shot routine, issues?

Charlie had a sudden growth spurt that took him out of his comfort zone with his swing. A person grows 3-4 inches in 6 months, what does that do to a swing when when contact with a ball is off by less than half of a half of the sweet spot? It starts to play tricks in your mind.

I understand these guys are unbelievably good golfers in the grand scheme, but I feel like they get so worried about their swing when they are good enough to just hit the target they are aimed it if that’s all they tried to do. Get out of their own heads and hit the target.

I mean seems deep in thought but shot -1 for 3 rounds at tpc sawgrass and top 10 with one of the best fields in jr golf. Kids got talent. Just can’t compare him to the goat

Lots of very good golfers do these types of rehearsals. I can’t imagine prime Tiger doing it. Path concerns were the last thing he was thinking about

Oh no. He is rehearsing the thing Butch had his dad do on Golf channel that was horrible advice to fix “stuck”. He needs to go to a great GEARS guy immediately so they can teach him how the right arm really works in PGAT winning swings.

I’m not an expert, but I don’t think he’s getting his hands deep enough at the top of his back swing (indicating that he’s not completing his turn). It’s easier if you can get them over your heels. He gets them over the middle of his feet.
