Atomicals and @bitmetabtc are trying to be part of the solution of a dying mempool. But the protocol foundation is actually much more. Feel free to learn more here:

Expand your knowledge and explore the underlying technology of Atomicals.

Congrats, you took the bait. Atomicals can’t do anything with OP_RETURN than they couldn’t with inscriptions, anything over 150 bytes is cheaper with inscriptions. But it’s worth to pay 4x fees (or tweet that you will) because you’ll get a @mattkratter feature + retweets. Gg.

Are you an investor in startups that use Atomicals?

Adam Back's flawed line of reasoning is all over society, far beyond Bitcoin, and I hope it's reaching its end soon. It can initially sound clever and big picture, but we have too much direct experience. Now it's easily identifiable as ideological or con-artist shilling...

Thanks for informing me of @atomicalsxyz I’ll check out what functionality they plan to unlock. Appreciate you marketing for them 🤝

What was thought impossible has already happened... You can't avoid the inevitable. It's time to adapt to new trends. Greetings from a member of the Atomicals community.

Each ARC20 token, including Electron, is backed by a satoshi. If you burn any ARC20 token, you will be left with the satoshi, which is why the Atomicals protocol is BTC.

SOFT FORK

Can we please have a bugfix for this 'Bitcoin core' spam attack - abusing this oversight in consensus rules. That's all that is needed to plug the hole and stop nodes from spamming bitcoin with non monetary transactions. Until then - Everybody who can install software: Run Knots

Either Back's got a brain tumour or he's CIA. His posts are 100% gaslighty drivel. Same gaslighty drivel when the Fed was sneaked through an empty chamber Christmas 1913 and an army of shills said 'don't worry, it'll be fine, nothing to see here'. Yeah right. Soft fork now.

Cliff Notes: Luke was right once again and Adam was wrong. Now we will have to wait for Luke to fix the bug in Core v30. @LukeDashjr @GrassFedBitcoin @ocean_mining

What do you practically mean by a soft fork in this case? How do we make it happen?

appreciate the calm thoughtful responses most people don't have the patience to deal with whatever version of adam they get that day

Everything will be built on Bitcoin

just wait for the annex! almost nobody will use OP_RETURN after that starts to get relayed.

Matt, genuine question here. I ask out of ignorance. I feel as if a soft fork is the end game for those that want to split the Bitcoin community. Is this an uninformed take? What are the repercussions of a soft fork? What will become of the ETFs and does that even matter?

Shame on Adam Back and those who enabled this against the community's will.

They're *actually using OP_RETURN* rather than inscriptions now? Wow, I didn't expect them to actually do that. Let's hope that continues, because it's much better if they do it with OP_RETURN than inscriptions, that way their spam is at least prunable.

Run knots guys

Electron Arc-20 ⚛️⏳🚀🙌
