This cute interaction between KickFlip and some non-fans at KCON is gaining attention on rednote. Apparently, before that day, op and her friends didn’t know KickFlip. They were just dancing downstairs when the KickFlip boys on the 2nd floor started waving at them. op and her friends were wondering who they were, so the boys started doing the K/F hand gesture + roundhouse kick to let them know who they were 😭 They even had dance battles to TWICE and GOT7 songs 😭 The cutest part, according to OP is that the boys clearly knew they weren’t fans, yet they still kept interacting with them and trying to introduce themselves. Donghyeon even kept playing with them until the staff eventually took him away, probably because they were getting in the way of the backstage photos. And apparently, Donghyeon kept trying to tell them his name and age even after they stopped recording 😭 This is genuinely so cute.

🐯: When I posted on Weverse asking people not to come looking for us outside our hotels, honestly, about 90 out of 100 people... 🐯: Even if ARMY happens to see us out on the street, they just pretend they haven't noticed us. 🐯: They seem to want us to make as many memories as we can in their country, so they simply act like they didn't see us and keep walking. 🐯: Some of them even deliberately avert their eyes when we cross paths. GLOW LAB WITH JJJ #CeraVexJanJingjing awww janjingjing speaking up about their gatherings getting cancelled because of rain 🥺 🦊: actually, we’ve gotten to gather together a few times, but there have been unexpected incidents that happened quite often, like raining. so sometimes, we had to cancel. sometimes, we couldn’t go out to meet each other. thay day was another day where the same incident happened, aka raining. it’s rainy season, you know? but we saw so many fans showing up, and we missed each other for a few times already. so we thought, “it’s ok! we can still go out! at the very least, we can walk out and see eeryone face-to-face for a little bit.” so that people who came and waited could see us up close and greet each other. but when we went out, there were fans crying 🐯: yes! as for the feelings of jan and… jan? 555 (she pointed to herself when saying “jan”) as for the feelings of p’jan and i then, because it was raining very heavily, and the fans were sitting there soaked. not just wet, but when i say wet, i mean the whole body soaked. it was practically flooding, because it was raining very hard. there were fans crying for us too. when i saw that, i felt like, “wow there are people who love us this much?” because if we refused to get up and leave, the fans wouldn’t get up and leave too. there were a few people who didn’t have umbrellas. so my feelings then just came bursting out. just like p’jan said, we didn’t get to gather; we had to cancel one of the gatherings because it rained. this time, it rained again. so i felt a bit emotional! i am thankful for our fans for loving and supporting us so much 🎤: (the fans wanted to wait) 🦊: yes, and we feel like we wanted to see them too at every event. jing and i try our best to interact with every fan, because they spend their time to come see us. for some people, coming to see us just once isn’t easy. for that event, there were people who came from other provinces. they spent time and money to come find us. it’s just a small gesture that we want to repay them 🎤: (they also try hard to support you) 🦊: yes! 🐯: honestly, the fact that janjingjing has made it to where we are today, that ewb had this many people watching it, that we get to perform at BBFF, all of this comes from response from every single fan, really. because all fans love janjingjing so much. that’s really why we are able to come to this point. thank you so much! 🎤: (fans are understanding in terms of weather conditions) 🐯: honestly, we have brought the rain with us at many events already, ever since the first event 🦊: oh i’ve tried so hard, praying and paying respect, but it didn’t help!! 🐯: i don’t even dare to pray because i’m scared it will rain anyway. actually, we’re teased that janjingjing are the Phra Phirun(i.e., god of rain)’s favorite children 🦊: because it rains all the time! but fans do understand. because everyone worries about us, like if we get caught in the rain, they’re worried that we’ll get sick. we also worry about them. so we should take care of our health so that we can see each other at the next event instead!

NEW: Shooter appears to open fire on a teenage boys rowing team in West, Sacramento. Parents say they were watching their sons compete in a rowing race on the Sacramento River when they heard gunshots whiz by their kids. "I was pretty shocked. I think all of us were. It's horrifying, to think in this peaceful, green setting, the final push of this race, to see and hear that," said a parent to FOX2. "No one saw the shooter. There were dozens and dozens of people, there were boaters and people walking around on the trail. Police don't know where the shots came from, but they do know it was a gun." This group of friends were celebrating a birthday, they had brought heir own cake in which was purchased at a high end bakery in the area. The server said they could use that cake instead of theirs but it would be a $400 cutting fee so they cut it themselves outside, I would do the same, that price is outrageous. There was a time in Hudson, Ohio where we went to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The restaurant was upscale but wasn’t like a 4 star place or anything. When I booked the reservation for 4 people we told them it was for a birthday. I asked them specifically if I was allowed to bring our own cake, our friend has food allergies and I had to get his cake at a specialty place that made a gluten free cake. They said it shouldn’t be an issue. They checked with the manager and the manager said it was ok. After having our dinner we were ready to do the cake. So I went to the car to get it so I could surprise him. At the door I was stopped by the hostess who told me it was against the rules to bring outside food in. I mentioned that I was told by a manager that it would be ok. They asked when I called and I said it was two days ago when they opened at 11am. She said well that was the day shift manager and he wasn’t there. She said we couldn’t bring in outside cake or food but they were happy to sell me one for $100. I said pass and I ended up just giving him the cake outside in the box as a gift so he could enjoy it at home.

I’d never been to an event there before. Some of my friends had already gone though. 🐻: Yes, I had been there before for a Versace perfume event. Back then I even said that if you get the chance to go, you should go support there too, because we have fans in different places. 🐼: They really gave us great support. I was told that there are a lot of fans there and when I arrived, there really were a lot. The energy there was amazing. There were fans from Malaysia and also from neighboring countries who traveled over to see us. I’m really happy to have met fans that we don’t usually get to see that often. 👤: Did you see the photos? Like, how big the crowd was? 🐼: It was a lot, a lot. No matter where I’ve lived in life I’ve always had some neighbor that was older and seemed to have a chip on their shoulder. It never fails that they always seem to have an issue. At first I thought maybe it was just me but I’ve quickly come to realize that there are some people out there that are just so miserable that the only joy in life is to bring others down with them. So how do I deal with them? I’ve tried to just ignore people like that, it used to be my go to response but at what point do I stand up and say enough is enough? They don’t seem to be bothered by the police and they act this way towards children as well.

250720 hxw warning busan #우지 #승관 🍑: i also think that was kind of scary scene in that sense. that’s not my intention when i asked, but honestly, i don’t really want to remember myself from my trainee days. i did so many things that were really opposite to my personality. back then, there were things i didn’t learn well, and even if i didn’t want to act like that, there were moments when the environment just forced me to become that way. i’m not the kind of person who usually tells others what to do like, ‘hey, you should do this or that.’ i’m actually similar to hoshi in that i don’t pay much attention to others. whether they do well or not, i just focus on my own thing. but with the younger members, i have to help them do well, so i had to lead with ‘leadership.’ because of that, i ended up acting much stricter than my actual personality. so there are a lot of things i feel really sorry about. and because of that, i think the question itself might’ve been a burden to the younger members… but then, smart sk said such a nice thing. looking back, i think i was really grateful for that at the time.

I remember when I was young, around 10-11 years old. My parents were both asleep as was my brother. I heard a knock on the back door which was weird because who uses the back door at a stranger’s house? The kitchen window was close by so I take a look. It looked like a teenager but hard to tell because they had a hoodie with the hood up. I didn’t open the door but I did crack the window and asked them what they wanted. They replied they were lost and wanted to come in to warm up and use the phone. Even when it’s daylight I know never to let anybody in period that I didn’t know, but a stranger after midnight was weird enough. I said no because I didn’t know them. Then they said that hey knew my dad and that’s why he came by. I said that’s fine and all but I’m not letting you use our phone. This was before cellphones were widely used, we had a landline like most people. The person wouldn’t take no for an answer and I could sense he was getting angry. I went and woke up my dad, I told him there was somebody at the back door and that he said they knew him. He walked to the door and looked out and said he didn’t know him. But he did talk through the door and told him that he was calling the police and that he should just leave. The person just stood there until the police finally came and even they asked him what he was doing knocking on the door at that hour. He told them he was lost and thought this was a house of a family friend. The police told him my dad didn’t know him and made him leave. So was this a case of wrong house or was he up to something. It makes me still wonder to this day but I’m still glad I never opened the door.

It’s bad enough the delivery people show up when they want to in that huge time frame window they give themselves but for them to claim they are out of time and refuse to do the delivery because they were running late is unacceptable. This woman was in the middle of clearing out the fridge when the delivery people finally got there. She would have had it don’t earlier had they been on time and she didn’t have to put things back because they were late. But once they got there they refused to wait a few minutes for her to re-take the items out. Whenever the appliance delivery people are late for me, there is never any consequences. I guess I should be grateful they showed up at all. It’s like they feel they are doing me such a favor by coming by even though it’s hardly ever on time. It would be so much easier at times if I could just pick it up myself and install it but when given the option to have it done for me for a few bucks I usually do that. Most of the time these appliances require more than one person and that’s why I do it. Agree or disagree that we are at their mercy. Although I’ve had instances where everything was smooth and without a hitch. I’ve had plenty of times where they are late or even damage things while trying to do their job.
