🔥How to corkscrew… Step 1: Attack the primary blocker It's dang near impossible to defeat a double if you take on more than one blocker. But instead of punching through the blocker's chest, grab the cloth on his shoulder pads. This will give you the ability to turn his body. Step 2: Twist & split Now that you have a hold of the blocker's shoulders... ...twist your body into the gap so you can split the double. Step 3: Escape & square up Violently shrug the blocker off of you to escape his grip... ...and square up so you can make the play.

On this play, since the adjacent blocker pulls the proper reaction is to get vertical. Step 3: 2nd Step Vertical In order to disrupt the pin and pull you need to get vertical. This will put you in the path of the RB and in prime position for a TFL.
