Tbh, it wasn’t that bad before the o3 model. 4o is general purpose—omni. o1 is reasoning. -mini means faster and we had both 4o-mini and o1-mini. Pro is smarter. 4 is legacy. Straightforward. Now when it comes to o3… it’s not just standard and mini, there are also high and low
