Big progress made today. Finally fixed cloud shaders and optimized it to not eat VRAM and run smoothly in the browser. There's 2 big shaders involved here - the cloud and the wind which can be programmed to affect all other weather effects. The idea is to have a complete weather system where you can mix and match anything. Done with Cursor with 70% of the work by gpt-codex-xhigh and around 30% by Opus 4.5. Opus rarely oneshots anything and is a total token waster but sometimes it gives a very nice solution. GPT is reliable and precise. And slow. Gets stuff done. Perfect to let it work while going out/eating/sleeping.

This is crazy, I can talk to OpenAI's realtime API, and it'll respond back with voice, and then help call Codex to help me code! Got curious about Codex and its realtime integration, and found codex's feature flag `realtime_conversation` integrated for the codex app-server. How it works: - launch codex app-server with realtime - connect a client to realtime through WebRTC voice connection - Codex app-server is also attached on the side - talk to realtime - realtime decides whether coding is needed, and responds back with events - Codex app-server takes these events and runs codex agent turns - codex writes code like your codex cli exp Keep in mind OpenAI hasn't released this officially, they're still actively working on it, I just created a fork. This is a completely new UX than the usual chat interface for agentic coding. For example, when the agent responds back in voice, it's actually faster for me to read the response, and I don't actually find voice response that useful unless it does so in the background. But image realtime working in the background, you can talk to it, realtime keeps track of the different agents working on your tasks and your status. More to come on demo side, i'll make a more polished version and include voice, but thought this was cool to share. You can see in the responses the distinction between my voice input, realtime response, and realtime calling Codex to do work!

opus 5 is getting routed to opus 5.2 tested opus 5 on xhigh with the same prompt in devin and claude code but results came out really different > claude code one is clean and more detailed > while devin one is almost there but not the same opus 5 in cc used to be lazy and hard to communicate with, but something changed in the last 2 days now it works for longer and is way easier to communicate with anthropic did same with fable release too where some users were being routed to fable 5.1 so it’s very likely opus 5 is getting routed to 5.2 in claude code can you guys tests and lemme know if it's getting routed for you or not?

Opus 4.6 fails consistently but Opus 4.5 passes every time he switched back to Opus 4.5 on Claude Code and said "what a difference, feels like i got Opus back finally" he is now using this test as a "quantization canary" that runs it at the start of every session before doing real work. if it fails, the model is degraded. five Opus 4.6 windows in a row failed the untransparent nerfing is pushing people to cancel their Max plans if you've been feeling like Opus got dumber lately, you're not imagining it i'd suggest switching to Opus 4.5 to see the difference for yourself
