Those little bastards can rebuild that in one night. I was camping in a place only accessible by boat way up a small river branch. The last night I heard them building. Woke up the next morning and my boat was sitting on a mud bottom in 0 water. Took 4 hrs to tear that thing out.

Crazy how animals like beavers construct a perfect impermeable damn out of whatever they pick up from around and actually the finished product many times holds better then modern technology...crazy nature is by far the everything that men did and will still try to do but in a perfect synchronized way...even modern avionics nature already has had tech that we now make, for thousands of years ago like sonar, x-ray, radar their are insect, reptiles, Mammalia-Chiropetra, etc... amazing NATURE, THE UNIVERSE, CREATION, CONSCIOUSNESS, ITS ALL PERFECTION and they say nothing is perfect, yeah right... Creation and the universe is Perfection

Chiitan is an otter mascot so water is Ok.

After he's done with that, he can go shovel all that pesky sand off the beach back into the ocean. Beavers have a lot more willpower than humans do.

Fun Fact: Beaver teeth 🦷 are orange from iron, making them super strong and decay-resistant! 💪 They grow continuously and self-sharpen as they chew on wood 🦫😊

Those beavers 🦫 pit in some serious hard work

I love fishing beaver dams. A little size 0 Mepps and life is good!

Beaver damns are beneficial for ecosystem. Even is “deserted” dry areas where they reintroduced beavers the foliage returned along with animals.
