We brought together an incredible group of builders, partners, and ecosystem leaders for an evening that felt full of purpose. From the first conversations on board, the energy was right: open, thoughtful, and genuinely fun. Attendance was down AND I didn't get the coveted Charles Hoskinson selfie at this year's @NFTxLV. But here's why it doesn't bother me one bit: The only thing better than a conversation with Charles is a conversation with friends. I met some of you for the first time, like @j_moyns, Demosthenes, Squashua 🍩, VivaLaCoin, @cashpognft, and Goofycrisp, to only name a few. I wouldn't still be here if it wasn't for the Cardano community. Seeing web3innovationnerds and Charles show up for the NFT space was another highlight. Not only did they attend, but they also showed up financially as sponsors. They wanted this event to happen just as much as we did. Say what you will about what can be improved, but this is what supporting the community looks like. I loved the vibe. It was professional and organized without feeling sterile and serious. It reminded me more of a great community farmers market. Lower attendance meant that founders could have more meaningful conversations. It was less overwhelming and felt more personal. This is what makes Cardano unique in the first place and something we should lean into. NFTxLV doesn't have to be a smaller version of every other crypto conference. I had great conversations with 25 projects in 1 day, from well-established ones like cornucopias and CHERI BOTHA to exciting newcomers like @rflxt, Grabb.it, and WayUp. Massive thanks to everyone who took the time to chat. Was the conference perfect? No. Can we do a better job of bringing people in from outside the Cardano bubble? Yes. More on that in a video later this week. But just like last year, I left Vegas feeling re-energized and excited about our space. It reminded me that what we do creates real value for real people. The third and final SANTIAGO event was the premier of the short film in San Antonio and it was INSANE!!!!!! To see this many people show up to watch a short film we made was so surreal. It was so cool to experience it in a theater for the first time with fans. Surreal moment. Ended up on top of our SUV afterwards and soaked it all up!! The attention to detail and intentionality for this whole rollout has been something I’m super proud of. Everything happened better than I could’ve imagined.

How does it feel to sell 50,000 tickets in your hometown? ABSOLUTELY FUCKING UNREAL 🥹❤️🥹 The LA Convention Center was our dream venue.. for us everything about it was perfect. No sound restrictions, pumping AC, more than enough room even at sell out, and all GA so everyone is getting the same exact experience. For us that’s what dance music is about. Roaming around with your friends.. going to the front.. going to chill and take a breather in the back.. having the freedom to do whatever you want in the present moment. Right now we are so extremely grateful and appreciative of the support from those who were there… our family.. our friends.. our incredible working crew.. and most of all THE MUTHA FUCKING SLANDER FAM! This entire weekend felt like a dream.. imposter syndrome was at 1000000000%.. Some of the biggest names in dance music have graced this venue.. but we are the ONLY ones to EVER do 2 nights.. just writing this sentence feels ridiculous.. WHAT THE FUCKKKKKK We have nothing but true love for our city for being there for us for the past 13 years of our career.. this felt like the culmination of everything we have ever done.. a new pinnacle.. In light of the names Anneke Lucas mentioned, like the former Canadian prime minister who is dead now, but is the father of the current one. It is being shared all over the internet now. Canadian accounts are posting this, and it is getting lots of attention. This is also a wake-up call for Canada. A lot of people in Canada are commenting on social media that they are shocked by this guy being named. But actually he was already mentioned by Cathy O'Brien in 1995, as being involved in these networks! See the video below. So there is corroboration between these witnesses. A lot of these former and now deceased prime ministers she mentions were, at that time that she was in it in the 70s, involved in this. Also the Belgian one that Anneke names, and was also named by other witnesses. Which tells us, like these witnesses say, this was a global network. So the truth was already out there a bit, but it is coming out more for a bigger public. We will have more revelations coming out in 2025 about these dark dealing that have been going on at the highest levels, I'm sure. This is going to be a shock for a lot of people that are new to this information, because it is reaching a bigger public. Some will choose not to believe it, do no research, and look no further. But a lot more people will wake up to this, it is unstoppable. Of course, we have to check in with our own vibration. If it gets too heavy, take some time out and go for a walk in nature. Not everyone could make it in this time, but it was a good reminder of how much excitement there is around this space. At that time, I had to do a traditional Thai dancer look for her, which was such a big transformation because before that I had done her makeup as #LISA from BP. I was really happy that she chose me, trusted me, and relied on me to do her makeup. Q: Can you share a memorable moment with Lisa? Jib: She’s the kind of person that, after spending some time with her, you almost forget she’s Lisa from BP. She’s so sweet like just her walking into the room makes the world feel brighter. Her smile, her voice, everything. And it’s not just me who feels that way whenever she walks onto the set, everyone there lights up too. She has such positive energy it’s fun to be around her. We’d finish work and then she’d be like, “Shall we go eat this or that?” It felt like living life together for a while. She’s super down-to-earth. For me, it felt like I was doing makeup for this adorable, stunning, and genuinely kind women. She always cares about people around her, like asking, “Do you want to eat this? Do you want that? Let’s call fake friends what they really are, they are enemies. They are only keeping you close for their own selfish reasons, they don’t care about you and will abandon you without losing any sleep over it. This young lady is learning the hard way who her friends really are yet she explains how they’ve betrayed her before yet she keeps going back to them. Here is my take on this. I think people will put up with and tolerate behavior like this from others because they are scared of not being accepted and being alone. Rejection and be just as bad as betrayal for some people. It’s hard to accept the reality so like a computer, in our minds we reboot the relationships to a time prior where everything was fine, like it never happened. The only problem with that is there is only so many times we can overlook or reboot before the reality of things finally settle in. We need to stop being in denial about the very people we think we can rely on and move on to more constructive and fair relationships with others.
